Role Description The Lecturer ICT role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Lecturer will design, deliver, and assess ICT modules in line with institutional standards and program outcomes. Responsibilities include preparing lectures and practical sessions, developing course materials and assessments, supervising student projects, and providing academic advising and mentorship. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, integrating current industry and technology trends into teaching, and participating in departmental meetings and quality assurance activities. The Lecturer will collaborate with colleagues to support student success, maintain accurate records of student performance, and promote an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ICT knowledge and teaching skills in areas such as programming, databases, networks, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to design and deliver clear, structured lessons and practical labs, using up-to-date digital tools and resources.
• Experience with assessment design, grading, and providing constructive feedback to support student learning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a student-centered approach.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural academic environment.
• Master’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, or a closely related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Previous higher education or vocational teaching experience, ideally within pathway or foundation programs.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement in teaching practice.
• Proficiency in English for instruction and academic communication; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
