Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Medina within the Electric department at Banan-LTD. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in prefabricated units, mobile homes, and related structures. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting electrical drawings, performing wiring and cable routing, testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The team member will collaborate with engineering, production, and finishing teams to integrate electrical systems with other building components. Additional responsibilities may include documenting work performed, supporting inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement of electrical processes and materials.
Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential or commercial units.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and layout plans.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Experience using electrical testing tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-paced production environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in manufacturing or construction settings.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in prefabricated buildings, mobile homes, or construction projects is an advantage.
• Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for recording data, completing reports, and communicating with team members.
