تعلن شركة Halliburton عن وظيفة «أخصائي خدمات III» (Service Specialist III) بدوام كامل ضمن قطاع العمليات. المدينة حسب حقل الموقع في الإعلان: منطقة المدينة المنورة، وعنوان العمل المذكور فيه: طريق الجبيل السريع، مخرج أبو حدرية، الخبر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على جميع مراحل تركيب وفك معدات خطوط الخدمة في مواقع العمل البرية والبحرية، مع توجيه الفريق وأدائه، وذلك تحت إشراف عام.
  • إعداد التخطيط اللازم للمهمة، بما في ذلك تجهيز المعدات وتوجيه العمل في موقع البئر والدعم المرتبط بالعميل.
  • المسؤولية عن صيانة المعدات وتجهيزها واختبارها وتشغيلها في موقع العميل ومعسكر الحقل.
  • توجيه وتدريب مشغّلي الخدمات والمساعدين في المستويات الأدنى في مجالات تخصصك.
  • مراقبة الأجهزة وإجراء الحسابات اللازمة لضمان جودة البيانات في البئر.
  • استشارة العملاء بشأن الخدمات والمنتجات، وتعزيز العلاقات الجيدة معهم في موقع البئر، والتأكد من رضاهم عن النتائج.
  • صيانة المعدات بشكل سليم وإكمال جميع وثائق المهمة.
  • عقد اجتماعات السلامة اليومية قبل المهمة، ومراجعة خطة العمل مع ممثل العميل والتحقق منها، وإدارة أي تغييرات مطلوبة.
  • مراجعة المعلومات الواردة من فريق تطوير الأعمال للتأكد من اتباع أفضل الممارسات وأن خطط العمل المقترحة تلبي توقعات العميل بأكثر الطرق كفاءة.
  • التواصل مع أخصائيي خدمات المنتجات (PSLs) والجهات الخارجية لضمان توافق الأدوات مع الأنشطة في موقع البئر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 9 سنوات في أنشطة حفر حقول النفط، تشمل 5 سنوات على الأقل في الحفر تحت الاتزان (Underbalanced Drilling) و/أو الحفر بالضغط المُدار (Managed Pressure Drilling).
  • استيفاء الحد الأدنى من متطلبات الكفاءة لمستوى Svc Spec III-GBA.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • قدرة رياضية جيدة.
  • مهارات جيدة في فهم المقروء والكتابة.
  • مهارات قيادية وتواصل ممتازة.

Job Duties

Under general supervision:

  • supervises, directs, and performs all phases of the rigging up and down of service line equipment on work locations both on and offshore.
  • Provides the planning necessary for the job including equipment set up, well site direction, and customer related support activities.
  • Responsible for the activities relative to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at the customer location and field camp.
  • Mentors and trains lower level Service Operators and Operator Assistants in areas of expertise.
  • Monitors instruments and performs necessary calculations to ensure quality of data at the well.
  • Consults with customers concerning services and products, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and ensures customer satisfaction with results.
  • Properly maintains equipment and completes all job documentation.
  • Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings, reviews and verifies job plan with customer representative, and manages any changes required.
  • Must be able to review information received from Business Development to confirm best practices are followed and that proposed job plans meet customer's expectations in the most efficient manner.
  • Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity compatibility.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Good mathematical acumen is required.
  • Good reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
  • Skills acquired through completion of high school diploma and 9+ years experience in oil field drilling activities including 5+ years of underblanaced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
  • Must have met the minimum competency requirements for Svc Spec III-GBA.
