تعلن شركة نستله عن فرصة وظيفية لمسمى Operator لدى مصنع المنهل للمياه التابع لنستله ووترز السعودية، ويقع المقر في المدينة المنورة ضمن المدينة الصناعية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مسؤول عن تشغيل المكائن ومراقبتها (Machine Tending) وتشغيل مجموعة متنوعة من الآلات في بيئة الإنتاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التحقق من كميات المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف المستلمة من المستودع وفقاً لأمر الإنتاج لتفادي أي عطل أو تأخير.
- تنفيذ إجراءات الفحص للتأكد من عمل الآلات بكفاءة مثلى أثناء الإنتاج.
- تعلّم إجراءات التشغيل القياسية للخط والالتزام بها.
- مراقبة معدات الخط ومعاييره ورفع تقارير الأعطال عند حدوث أي خلل.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التشغيل اليومية (Shift Review) أو قيادتها لمناقشة الإنجازات والمشكلات التشغيلية.
- التحقق من تاريخ الإنتاج ورقم الدفعة (Batch Number) المطبوعين على العبوات.
- تنفيذ أخذ عينات تحليل جودة المياه باستخدام الأدوات والمعدات المخصصة، والتأكد من تحقيق نتائج معالجة مرضية.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة، وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات.
- مساعدة مسؤول السلامة في الفحوصات الدورية لمعدات المصنع ومرافقه، وتسجيل المخالفات أو المخاطر المحتملة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تنفيذ التنظيف الكيميائي لمعدات التصنيع.
- مراقبة جميع الآلات المستهلكة للمياه في أنحاء المصنع.
- القدرة على استخدام أجهزة التنقل في المستودع لإجراء حركات المواد عبر نظام ERP.
- الالتزام برحلة الصفر نفايات (Zero Waste) التي تشمل العنصر البشري والمواد والآلات.
- الالتزام بقواعد وإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بنستله أثناء أداء المهام، لضمان سلامة النفس والآخرين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة أساسية بالمبادئ العشرة (10 Principles) ومعرفة متقدمة بمجالات المسؤولية.
- درجة الassociate في العلوم العامة أو الأحياء أو الكيمياء أو الميكانيكا الكهربائية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو التصنيع.
- خبرة في التصنيع من 1 إلى 4 سنوات، ويفضل في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو في القولبة بالنفخ والحقن والتعبئة والملصقات للبلاستيك.
المهارات المطلوبة
- استخدام نظام ERP لإجراء حركات المواد.
- تحليل جودة المياه وأخذ العينات باستخدام الأدوات المخصصة.

Nstlé Waters KSA - Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Almadinah Al munawarah, Industrial City)
Main Purpose of Job
Responsible for performing machine tending operations, operating a variety of machines in a production environment
Key Responsibilities:
Check the quantities of raw & Packaging materials received from the warehouse as per the production order to avoid any breakdown or delay
Perform testing procedures to ensure that machine work optimally during production.
Learn and follow and the standard operation procedure for the line
Monitor the line equipments and parameters and submit fault reports in case of abnormality.
Participate/ Lead shiftly operational review to discuss operational achievements and issues.
Verify the production date, batch number printed on the bottles.
Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment’s for the task to ensure confirm satisfactory results of treatment
Maintain accurate logs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
Assist Safety Officer with regular safety inspections of plant equipment, facilities and record violations or potential hazards and take corrective action
Conduct Chemical Cleaning for manufacturing equipment’s.
Monitoring for all water-consuming machines all over the factory.
Ability to use warehouse mobility devices for the purpose of material transactions on ERP system
Adherence to the zero waste journey including Man, Materials, and machine
Adhere to the Nestle safety rules and procedure while performing duties to ensure your own safety and others
Qualifications & Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility.
- Associate degree in General Sciences/ Biology / Chemistry / electro mechanics / industrial or manufacturing
- 1 - 4 years of manufacturing experience preferably in Food And beverage sector/or plastic blow molding, injection & labelleing.
