نبذة عن الوظيفة
قيادة مهمة المالية والرقابة في الشركة التشغيلية: العمل كمساعد قيادي للشركة من خلال توفير القيادة لصنع القرارات التجارية، وضمان محاسبة وتقارير قوية، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الوكالة والحوكمة في جميع أنحاء الشركة وتطوير محترفين مهرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير رؤية شهرية للأداء المالي لفريق القيادة لتمكين اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة: دعم فرق العمليات والأعمال والتكاليف في المكتب الإقليمي لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا في فهم الفروقات وتقديم التوصيات للعام الحالي (MOGE, COD, COGS, PFME, PRO، وغيرها من بنود قائمة الدخل).
- المسؤولية عن سجلات محاسبية دقيقة وشفافة ومتسقة وفي الوقت المناسب (PEC) وتقديم التقارير (القانونية وMagnitude)، مع الامتثال الكامل للمعايير المحاسبية الوطنية وغيرها من المعايير المؤسسية والمحلية القانونية.
- دفع الامتثال في الشركة التشغيلية فيما يتعلق بالمتطلبات القانونية والضريبية والتدقيق المحلية، مع ضمان إنشاء ومراقبة والحفاظ على ضوابط داخلية فعالة في جميع أنحاء الشركة، وفهمها من قبل جميع الأطراف المعنية.
- قيادة ومراقبة مراجعات الائتمان للعملاء الجدد والحاليين، وتحديد حدودهم الائتمانية وتصنيفهم حسب فئات المخاطر. المسؤول عن الموافقة/رفض أوامر البيع بسبب مشكلات ائتمانية.
- ضمان تقارير منتظمة وفعالة لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs/PPIs/HealthChecks) وأنشطة إدارة الائتمان والتحصيل لتقليل المخاطر وتحديد المشكلات بشكل استباقي باستخدام أدوات تحليلية. الإشراف على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ومؤشرات الأداء العملية المشاركة في عمليات إدارة الائتمان والتحصيل.
- إدارة العلاقة مع مركز الحجم (COS) من خلال دفع مراجعة الجودة الإجمالية للخدمة الشهرية.
- دعم تنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر مع مركز الحجم عبر خدمات التسجيل إلى التقارير (R2R) لتحقيق فوائد ملموسة للأعمال، باستخدام منهجيات NCE، مع معالجة احتياجات السوق والتوحيد القياسي.
- دفع تحسين التكاليف وتقليلها في مجالات TTS, MOGE, COD.
- تطوير القدرات المالية وغير المالية داخل الدولة.
- تحسين الهيكل التنظيمي، وتحديد نماذج الأعمال والفرص الجديدة، وتقديم تحليلات متنوعة توفر وجهة نظر موضوعية ومنظوراً شاملاً لعمليات صنع القرار.
- دفع تحسين العمليات لضمان البساطة والكفاءة بالتعاون مع تقنية المعلومات/تحسين الأعمال؛ والحفاظ على جميع عمليات العمل والأنظمة محدثة في السوق، ودفع كل ما نقوم به لدعم خلق القيمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة CPA أو درجة ماجستير جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو المحاسبة.
- 8 سنوات من الخبرة الإدارية السابقة (مثل: المراقبة المالية، المراقبة الوظيفية، التدقيق).
- خبرة في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
- الخبرة الدولية والتنقل ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- خبرة في شركة متعددة الجنسيات في مجال السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة أو السلع الاستهلاكية/التوزيع؛ خلفية تدقيق من إحدى الشركات الكبرى الأربع (Big 4) ميزة إضافية.

Main Purpose of Job

A Day in Life..
- Provide monthly visibility on financial performance to leadership team to enable informed decision making: support Operations, Businesses and Costing teams of the MENA regional office in understanding variances and providing recommandations for the YTG (MOGE, COD, COGS, PFME, PRO, other P&L lines items)
- Responsible for accurate, transparent, consistent and timely Financial Accounting records (PEC) and reporting submissions (statutory and Magnitude), in full compliance with NAS and other corporate and local legal standards.
- Drive Compliance in the OPC relating to local legal, tax and Audit requirements while ensuring that effective internal controls are established, maintained and monitored throughout the company, and understood by all stakeholders.
- Drives and monitors the credit reviews for new and existing customers, the determination of their credit limits and their assignment to risk categories. Accountable for release/reject of sales orders due to credit issues
- Ensures regular and effective reporting of the Key Performance (KPIs/PPIs/HealthChecks) and Credit Management and Collection activities to minimize risk and proactively identify problem areas using analytical tools.Oversee KPIs and PPIs involved in Credit Management and Collections processes
- Manages the relationship with Center of Scale (COS) by driving Total Service Quality Monthly review actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives are implemented with Center of Scale across R2R services to drive tangible benefits to the business, leveraging NCE methodologies, while addressing market needs and standardization. "
- Drive cost optimization and reduction in areas of TTS, MOGE, COD
- Development of Finance and non-Finance capabilities within the country.
- Optimize structural set-up, identify new business models and opportunities and provide different analysis providing an objective viewpoint and holistic perspective to the decision-making processes.
- Drive process improvement to ensure simplicity and efficiency together with IS IT / Business Improvement; keeping all work processes and systems up-to-date in the market, driving in all we do to support value creation.
- CPA/University Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- 8 years of prior management experience (e.g. : Financial Controlling, Functional Controlling, Audit)
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
- International experience and mobility is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Experience in a multinational FMCG or consumer goods / distribution company; Big 4 audit background is an advantage.
