تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال الخدمات الهندسية والنووية، إلى توظيف فني HVAC (تكييف وتهوية) للعمل في مشاريعها بالمدينة (المدينة السعودية).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن فني HVAC ماهر لتركيب وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء للمنشآت السكنية والتجارية أو الصناعية، مع ضمان تشغيل الأنظمة بكفاءة وأمان وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب واختبار وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة HVAC بما في ذلك: الشيلرات، وحدات مناولة الهواء (AHUs)، وحدات المروحة (FCUs)، وحدات DX، أنظمة VRF/VRV.
  • تركيب وصيانة الوحدات المنفصلة والمجمعة وأنظمة الهواء العادم والهواء النقي.
  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقاً للجداول الزمنية المحددة.
  • تشخيص أعطال الأنظمة واستكشاف المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكمية وإصلاحها.
  • قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات والكتيبات الفنية.
  • التأكد من إجراء عمليات شحن المبردات واختبار الضغط والتفريغ وكشف التسرب بشكل صحيح.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والكودات المحلية ومتطلبات الجودة للمشروع.
  • إعداد تقارير الخدمة وسجلات الصيانة والتقارير الدورية.
  • التنسيق مع المشرفين والمهندسين والمقاولين الآخرين حسب الحاجة.
  • الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ والأعطال عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو ITI في HVAC، الهندسة الميكانيكية، التبريد والتكييف، أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3-7 سنوات في مجال HVAC (مشاريع أو مرافق).
  • معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكمية لأنظمة HVAC.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في مشاريع بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي أو الإمارات.
  • الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية مثل ASHRAE وSMACNA وCIBSE (يفضل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • تركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة HVAC.
  • الصيانة الوقائية وإصلاح الأعطال.
  • تشخيص الأعطال واستكشاف المشكلات.
  • معرفة المبردات وإجراءات التعامل معها.
  • القدرة على العمل وفق المخططات وبيانات الطرق التنفيذية.
  • معرفة أساسيات الكهرباء ولوحات التحكم.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. The role ensures HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Your role

  • Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including:
    • Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, VRF/VRV systems.
    • Split & packaged units, exhaust/fresh air systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules.
  • Diagnose system faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak detection are conducted properly.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, local codes, and project quality requirements.
  • Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as required.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of hands-on HVAC experience (project/facilities-based).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Experience in GCC/UAE projects preferred.
  • Familiar with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE - preferred).

  • Knowledge of refrigerants and handling procedures.
