تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن فرصة لوظيفة مهندس ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (MEP) في مدينة الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية، لإدارة أنظمة الجودة وضمان الالتزام بالعقود والمعايير الإنشائية الدولية في مشاريع المباني السكنية والتجارية والمختلطة والفنادق والبنية التحتية للمباني.

وظيفة في مجال ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة تشمل الإشراف على أنظمة إدارة الجودة والالتزام التعاقدي والفحوصات وأنشطة الاختبار والالتزام بمعايير البناء الدولية، في مشاريع الأبراج السكنية والتجارية والمختلطة والضيافة. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة فنية قوية في البناء، والقيادة في تطبيق أنظمة الجودة، والتنسيق الفعّال مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فهم متطلبات عقود البناء والمواصفات وطلبات العروض (RFP) ووثائق المناقصات المتعلقة بمشاريع المباني والأبراج.
- إعداد تقارير الجودة والفحص وتقارير نتائج التدقيق وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) وتقارير الإجراءات التصحيحية (CAR) والمراسلات الفنية.
- متابعة جوانب ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لأعمال البناء المدني والإنشائي والمعماري وأعمال MEP لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والمخططات المعتمدة والأكواد والمعايير.
- مراجعة وتقييم أنظمة إدارة الجودة للمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن، وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs)، وبيانات طرق العمل (Method Statements)، وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
- تنفيذ عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق الدورية للتحقق من الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع ومعايير ISO والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- مراجعة وثائق الاعتماد للمواد والبيانات الفنية والعينات والنماذج التجريبية (Mock-ups) وتأهيل الموردين للتحقق من مطابقتها للمواصفات.
- التأكد من أن المواد الواردة وأعمال البناء والتركيبات المنجزة تتوافق مع المعايير المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع.
- مراجعة وتفسير المخططات والمواصفات وجداول الكميات (BOQ) وطرق العمل والمخططات IFC والمعايير الفنية والأنظمة المحلية المعمول بها.
- تنفيذ الفحوصات وتوثيقها لأعمال الخرسانة الإنشائية وتركيب حديد التسليح والهياكل الفولاذية والعزل المائي وأنظمة الواجهات والتشطيبات المعمارية وتركيبات MEP وأعمال التجهيز الداخلي.
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين ومختبرات الاختبار والموردين لضمان إجراء الفحوصات والاعتمادات في الوقت المناسب.
- متابعة تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المرتبطة بالعيوب ووثائق عدم المطابقة.
- قيادة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي على الجودة، وتقييم التزام المقاولين بمتطلبات الجودة ومعيار ISO 9001.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم تحديثات حول أداء الجودة والمشكلات والمخاطر وخطط المعالجة.
- متابعة أنشطة الاختبار للخرسانة والفولاذ والتربة والعزل المائي والواجهات ومقاومة الحريق وأنظمة MEP.
- مراجعة وثائق التشغيل التجريبي (Commissioning) والمشاركة في فحوصات ما قبل التسليم والتدقيق النهائي والقبول النهائي.
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني والتوجيه للمهندسين والمفتشين في ضمان الجودة وفرق الموقع.
- المساعدة في تطوير برامج تدريب الجودة ومبادرات التوعية بها وجلسات استخلاص الدروس المستفادة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات جودة المشروع وسجلات الفحص وتقارير الاختبار واعتمادات المواد ووثائق التدقيق.
- تعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمن والالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) للشركة أثناء أنشطة فحص الجودة.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلفه بها مدير ضمان الجودة أو مدير المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة البناء أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 إلى 15 سنة في ضمان ومراقبة الجودة في مشاريع البناء الكبرى، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع الأبراج السكنية أو التجارية أو المختلطة أو الضيافة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة جودة الهياكل الخرسانية المسلحة وأغلفة المباني والتجهيزات الداخلية وتركيبات MEP.
- الخبرة في العمل مع مقاولين رائدين أو استشاريين أو منظمات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) في مشاريع البناء واسعة النطاق.
- الحصول على شهادة مهندس جودة معتمد (CQE) أو مدقق رئيسي لمعيار ISO 9001 أو شهادة جودة معادلة (مفضّل).
- العضوية في هيئات مهنية معترف بها ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة في مشاريع الأبراج في الشرق الأوسط أو دول مجلس التعاون أو المشاريع الدولية (مفضّل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ ضمان الجودة وأنظمة إدارة الجودة وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة لمشاريع البناء.
- الخبرة في تطبيق وصيانة أنظمة إدارة الجودة وفق ISO 9001.

Your role
- Understands the requirements of construction contracts, specifications, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Tender Documents related to building and high-rise construction projects.
- Prepares clear and concise quality reports, inspection reports, audit findings, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action reports (CARs), and technical correspondence.
- Monitors QA/QC aspects of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved shop drawings, codes, and standards.
- Reviews and evaluates contractor and subcontractor Quality Management Systems (QMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures.
- Conducts surveillance inspections and audits to verify compliance with project requirements, ISO standards, and approved quality procedures.
- Reviews material submittals, technical data sheets, samples, mock-ups, and supplier qualifications for compliance with project specifications.
- Ensures that incoming materials, construction works, and completed installations conform to approved standards and project requirements.
- Reviews and interprets drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, IFC drawings, technical standards, and applicable local authority regulations.
- Conducts and documents inspections for structural concrete works, reinforcement installation, steel structures, waterproofing, façade systems, architectural finishes, MEP installations, and fit-out works.
- Coordinates with consultants, contractors, testing laboratories, and suppliers to ensure timely inspections and approvals.
- Monitors implementation of corrective and preventive actions associated with quality deficiencies and non-conformance reports.
- Leads internal and external quality audits and assesses contractor compliance with project quality requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
- Participates in project meetings and provides updates regarding quality performance, quality issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Monitors testing activities including concrete, steel, soil, waterproofing, façade, fireproofing, and MEP systems testing.
- Reviews commissioning documentation and participates in pre-handover, snagging, and final acceptance inspections.
- Provides technical guidance and mentoring to QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and site teams.
- Assists in developing quality training programs, quality awareness initiatives, and lessons learned exercises.
- Maintains project quality records, inspection logs, test reports, material approvals, and audit documentation.
- Promotes safe work practices and adherence to company HSE requirements during quality inspection activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the QA/QC Manager or Project Director.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, quality management systems, and quality control procedures for building construction projects.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Thorough understanding of construction materials, testing requirements, inspection methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to develop, review, and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
- Experience conducting quality audits and managing corrective and preventive action processes.
- Knowledge of international construction codes and standards, including ASTM, ACI, BS, IEC, NFPA, and local authority requirements.
- Strong understanding of structural, architectural, façade, finishing, and MEP construction activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to identify quality risks and implement proactive quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Aconex, Procore, BIM platforms, and quality management software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of QA/QC experience in major building construction projects, including at least 5 years on high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or tower developments.
- Proven experience in quality management of reinforced concrete structures, building envelopes, interior fit-out, and MEP installations.
- Experience working with leading contractors, consultants, or PMC organizations on large-scale building projects.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent quality certification is preferred.
- Membership in recognized professional bodies is an advantage.
- Experience in Middle East, GCC, or international high-rise construction projects is preferred.
