تعلن شركة المسارات المتعددة للمقاولات (MPCCO) عن فرصة وظيفية لمسمى «أخصائي التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي» في مدينة جدة، ضمن الفريق التابع لشركة Multi Paths Facilities Management Services (MPFM).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

وظيفة دوام كامل بنظام العمل في الموقع بمدينة جدة. يتولى الشاغل مسؤولية تخطيط المحتوى على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وإنشائه ونشره بهدف تعزيز علامة MPFM التجارية والتفاعل مع الجمهور المستهدف.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة التقويم الزمني لمنشورات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
  • كتابة المنشورات وتنسيق الأصول البصرية
  • متابعة القنوات الرقمية والرد على التعليقات والرسائل بأسلوب مهني
  • تحليل مؤشرات الأداء وإعداد التقارير
  • تعديل الحملات التسويقية لتحسين الوصول والتفاعل
  • التعاون مع فريقي التسويق والعمليات لدعم الحملات والترويج للخدمات
  • ضمان توافق جميع المحتويات مع هوية العلامة التجارية وأهداف المنظمة

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة في إدارة الحملات عبر المنصات الرئيسية
  • القدرة على التخطيط لإنشاء المحتوى وتوافقه مع استراتيجية العلامة التجارية
  • القدرة على تحليل مؤشرات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي واستخدام أدوات التقارير وتطبيق النتائج لتحسين الأداء
  • تفضل معرفة قطاعات إدارة المرافق أو الخدمات أو قطاع الأعمال بين الشركات (B2B)
  • يُفضل تخصص أكاديمي ذو صلة بالتسويق أو الاتصال أو إدارة الأعمال
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية

  • التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق الرقمي
  • إنشاء المحتوى الرقمي
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وكتابة واضحة وجذابة، والعمل بفعالية مع فرق متنوعة

Clients include organizations in specialized cleaning, food and beverage, hospitals, retail, warehouses, and logistics. MPFM aims to be a strategic partner, delivering the right people and solutions to power business performance.
Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms to strengthen MPFM’s brand and engage target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, crafting posts, coordinating visual assets, monitoring channels, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The specialist analyzes performance metrics, prepares reports, and adjusts campaigns to improve reach and engagement. The role collaborates with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, promote services, and ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning content calendars and aligning content with brand strategy.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging copy and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics, use reporting tools, and apply insights to optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with the facilities management, services, or B2B sectors is an advantage.
  • Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial for local market communication.
