نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مرشحات طموحات ومحترفات وموجّهات نحو الخدمة للانضمام إلى فريق الطيران الخاص بصفتهن أعضاء طاقم مقصورة VIP في الرياض. تناسب الوظيفة من لديهن شغف بالطيران وضيافة الفئات الراقية وتقديم خدمة متميزة للعملاء. لا يُشترط سابق خبرة في طاقم المقصورة، إذ سيتلقى المرشحات الناجحات تدريباً مهنياً يؤهلهن للدور. العقد محدد المدة وقابل للتجديد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم خدمة متميزة ومخصصة لركاب VIP.
  • تجهيز مقصورة الطائرة قبل كل رحلة مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير النظافة والعرض والراحة.
  • إدارة خدمات الطعام على متن الطائرة وتقديمه بشكل منسق، إضافة إلى تقديم المشروبات.
  • التعامل مع متطلبات الركاب وتفضيلاتهم بطريقة احترافية وسرية.
  • المحافظة على مظهر المقصورة وتنظيمها بشكل جيد طوال الرحلة.
  • الالتزام بإجراءات الشركة وأنظمة السلامة الجوية ومعايير الخدمة.
  • العمل بتنسيق وثيق مع طاقم الطيران وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين لضمان سير العمليات على متن الطائرة بسلاسة.
  • الحفاظ على السرية والاحترافية عند خدمة الشخصيات البارزة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أن تكون المرشحة أنثى، وأن يتراوح عمرها بين 21 و30 عاماً.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية محادثةً وكتابةً بشكل ممتاز.
  • الاستعداد للانتقال للإقامة في الرياض، والانتقال مطلوب.
  • مظهر مهني وعناية شخصية عالية المستوى.
  • عدم وجود وشم ظاهر أثناء ارتداء زي الشركة.
  • وزن متناسب ومظهر لائق.
  • لا يوجد شرط محدد للطول.
  • الخبرة السابقة في طاقم المقصورة ميزة وليست شرطاً إلزامياً.
  • الخبرة في الضيافة أو الفنادق الفاخرة أو خدمة العملاء أو مجال مشابه ميزة إضافية.

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, professional and service-oriented female candidates to join a private aviation team as VIP Cabin Crew members based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about aviation, luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a VIP Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for providing personalised, discreet and high-standard onboard service to VIP passengers. You will work in a professional private aviation environment, where attention to detail, adaptability and exceptional service standards are essential.

Previous cabin crew experience is not mandatory, as successful candidates will receive professional training to prepare them for the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and personalised service to VIP passengers.
  • Prepare the aircraft cabin before each flight, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort.
  • Manage onboard catering, food presentation and beverage service.
  • Ensure all passenger requirements and preferences are handled professionally and discreetly.
  • Maintain excellent cabin appearance and organisation throughout the flight.
  • Follow company procedures, aviation safety regulations and service standards.
  • Work closely with the flight crew and other team members to ensure smooth onboard operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when serving high-profile passengers.

Requirements

  • Female candidates aged 21-30.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Previous cabin crew experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, customer service or a similar industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and high personal grooming standards.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • No visible tattoos while wearing the company uniform.
  • Proportionate weight and well-presented appearance.
  • No specific height requirement.
