تعلن شركة Volantes Technical Recruitment عن فرصة لوظيفة فني تركيبات مقصورات طائرات VIP وتنظيفها، وذلك لدعم منظمة رائدة في طيران الأعمال متخصصة في صيانة الطائرات الفاخرة وإعادة تأهيل المقصورات وتركيب الديكورات الداخلية لطائرات VIP. الوظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع بالمنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
فرصة مميزة لمحترف ماهر في الديكور الداخلي للطائرات للعمل على طائرات VIP وطائرات طيران الأعمال الراقية، وتنفيذ أعمال التركيب والإصلاح والتعديل وإعادة التأهيل بأعلى معايير الجودة والحرفية. يتولى الفني مسؤولية صيانة مقصورات الطائرات الداخلية وترميمها، مع ضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع وثائق الهندسة المعتمدة ومتطلبات صلاحية الطيران ومعايير EASA Part 145 أو ما يعادلها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ تركيب الأجهزة والمكونات الداخلية للمقصورة (Cabin Monuments) وإزالتها وضبطها وإصلاحها وتعديلها.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة وإعادة التأهيل للخزائن والأثاث واللوحات الزخرفية وألواح السقف وأرضيات الطائرة والتجهيزات الداخلية.
- تركيب السجاد ومظلات النوافذ ومكونات المقاعد وعوازل الصوت وتجهيزات المقصورة، وإصلاحها واستبدالها.
- تنفيذ الإصلاحات البسيطة والكبيرة لخزائن المقصورة والمكونات الداخلية لطائرات VIP وفق إجراءات الإصلاح المعتمدة.
- تنفيذ أعمال ترميم المقصورة الداخلية وتشطيبها والتنظيف العميق للحفاظ على مستوى عرض VIP الاستثنائي.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية وتعليمات التركيب وبطاقات المهام والوثائق الفنية.
- ضمان توافق جميع أعمال الصيانة والتركيب مع متطلبات Part 145 ومعايير صلاحية الطيران المطبقة.
- دعم اختبار مكونات المقصورة وفحصها وإعادة تركيبها بعد أعمال إعادة التأهيل.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات صيانة دقيقة وتوقيعات إنجاز الأعمال وتقارير عدم المطابقة.
- الالتزام بإجراءات الرقابة الصارمة على الأدوات وسلامة مكان العمل وضمان الجودة.
- العمل بتنسيق وثيق مع فرق صيانة الطائرات وفرق إعادة تأهيل المقصورات لتحقيق المواعيد النهائية وأهداف التسليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع الطيران، ويفضل التخصص في ديكور مقصورات الطائرات أو الخزائن أو التركيب أو إعادة التأهيل.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل على طائرات VIP أو طائرات الأعمال أو مقصورات الطائرات التجارية.
- تدريب معترف به في صناعة الأثاث الخشبي (Cabinet-making apprenticeship) أو مؤهل فني ذو صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- خبرة قوية في تركيب وإصلاح وصيانة أثاث الطائرات والخزائن ومكونات المقصورة.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية ووثائق التركيب وتفسير المعلومات من النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد (3D Models).
- فهم جيد لإجراءات صيانة الطائرات وبيئات العمل وفق Part 145.
- خبرة في التعامل مع مواد ذات درجة طيران وأدوات متخصصة ومكونات الديكور الداخلي للطائرات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إلمام بممارسات صيانة الطائرات، including تركيب المثبتات (Fasteners) وتطبيق عزم الربط (Torque Loading) والإحكام بالمواد العازلة (Sealing) والإدخالات (Inserts) والوعي بنظام EWIS.
- دقة عالية في التفاصيل وحرفية متقنة والالتزام بالجودة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق بكفاءة والوفاء بجداول صيانة الطائرات المكثفة.
- مستحسن: خبرة في برامج إعادة تأهيل مقصورات طائرات VIP أو VVIP.
- مستحسن: خلفية في طيران الأعمال أو منشآت إتمام الطائرات (Aircraft Completions) أو تعديل المقصورات.
- مستحسن: خبرة في الخزائن الراقية والتشطيبات الزخرفية وترميم الأثاث والتفاصيل الداخلية.
- مستحسن: إلمام بمكونات المقصورة من الشركات المصنعة الأصلية (OEM) وعمليات تعديل المقصورات الداخلية.
- مستحسن: خبرة سابقة في بيئة صيانة طائرات فعلية (Live Aircraft Maintenance Environment).

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, removal, adjustment, repair and modification of aircraft cabin monuments and interior components.
- Perform maintenance and refurbishment of aircraft cabinetry, furniture, decorative panels, ceiling panels, floorboards and interior fittings.
- Install, repair and replace aircraft carpets, window shades, seating components, soundproofing and cabin furnishings.
- Conduct minor and major repairs to VIP aircraft cabinetry and interior monuments using approved repair procedures.
- Perform aircraft interior restoration, finishing and deep-cleaning activities to maintain exceptional VIP presentation standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, installation instructions, task cards and technical documentation.
- Ensure all maintenance and installation activities comply with Part 145 requirements and applicable airworthiness standards.
- Support cabin component testing, inspections and reinstallation following refurbishment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work sign-offs and non-conformity reporting.
- Follow strict tool control, workplace safety and quality assurance procedures.
- Work closely with aircraft maintenance and cabin refurbishment teams to achieve project deadlines and delivery targets.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the aviation industry, ideally specialising in aircraft cabin interiors, cabinetry, installation or refurbishment.
- Previous experience working on VIP aircraft, business jets or commercial aircraft cabin interiors.
- Recognised cabinet-making apprenticeship, relevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience installing, repairing and maintaining aircraft interior furniture, monuments and cabin components.
- Ability to read technical drawings, installation documentation and interpret information from 3D models.
- Good understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and Part 145 working environments.
- Experience handling aviation-grade materials, specialist tools and aircraft interior components.
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance practices, including fastener installation, torque loading, sealing, inserts and EWIS awareness.
- Excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and meet demanding aircraft maintenance schedules.
- Experience working on VIP or VVIP aircraft cabin refurbishment programmes.
- Background in business aviation, aircraft completions or cabin modification facilities.
- Experience with high-end cabinetry, decorative finishes, furniture restoration and interior detailing.
- Familiarity with OEM cabin components and aircraft interior modification processes.
- Previous experience working in a live aircraft maintenance environment.
