نبذة عن الوظيفة
وظيفة ميدانية بدوام كامل لمهندس مشروع MEP يشرف على أنظمة الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة في مشاريع البناء، بما يضمن مطابقة التصميم والدقة الفنية والتنسيق بين التخصصات. تعمل الشركة في قطاعات الرعاية الصحية والضيافة والصناعة والتجارة، وتسعى إلى تحسين كفاءة المنشآت وبيئات العمل مع تقليل استهلاك الموارد والأثر البيئي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة المخططات والمواصفات الفنية ودعم تطوير التصميم
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية للاعتماد (Technical Submittals)
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع الداخلية
- متابعة سير العمل في الموقع وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بأنظمة MEP
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش وفحوصات الجودة
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية
- المساعدة في تخطيط المشروع ومراقبة التكاليف والتوثيق وإعداد التقارير
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) بما في ذلك تكامل الأنظمة والتنسيق بين خدمات المباني
- مهارات الهندسة الميكانيكية مثل مبادئ تصميم HVAC وحسابات الأحمال واختيار المعدات
- مهارات الهندسة الكهربائية مثل توزيع الطاقة والإضاءة وأساسيات الأنظمة منخفضة الجهد
- خبرة في السباكة تشمل إمدادات المياه والصرف وتصميم وتركيب أنظمة الأنابيب وممارسات التركيب
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع كالتخطيط والجدولة وإدارة المخاطر والتنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات
- إتقان برامج الهندسة والتصميم مثل AutoCAD وRevit أو ما يماثلها
- قدرات تحليلية وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والجودة
- مهارات تواصل كتابي وشفهي فعّال والقدرة على التعاون مع أطراف متنوعة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس ذات صلة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو ما يرتبط بهما من جامعة معتمدة
- خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع البناء أو MEP، ويفضل في مشاريع المباني أو الصناعية أو الرعاية الصحية
- الإلمام بالكودات والمعايير المعمول بها

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Project Engineer role based in Al Khobar. The MEP Project Engineer will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects, ensuring design compliance, technical accuracy, and coordination among disciplines. Daily tasks include reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting design development, preparing technical submittals, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams. The role involves monitoring progress on site, resolving MEP-related issues, conducting inspections and quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. The MEP Project Engineer will also assist with project planning, cost control, documentation, and reporting to support timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including systems integration and coordination across building services.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering skills, such as HVAC design principles, load calculations, and equipment selection.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess Plumbing expertise, including water supply, drainage, and related piping system design and installation practices.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field from an accredited institution.
- Experience in construction or MEP project execution, preferably in building, industrial, or healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
