كالي (Kalee) تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس منتج للتطبيقات المتنقلة (Product Engineer - Mobile) في مدينة الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية، بدوام كامل وبنظام الدوام الهجين.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
كالي من أسرع تطبيقات B2C نمواً في السعودية، تساعد عشرات الآلاف من الأشخاص على تتبع وجباتهم وتناول طعام أفضل وتحقيق أهدافهم الصحية. نحن فريق صغير في الخبر نطلق المنتجات بسرعة، ونعتمد الذكاء الاصطناعي في صميم طريقة عملنا. نبحث عن شخص «صانع» يحوّل الفكرة إلى منتج يستخدمه المستخدمون الفعليون خلال أيام لا شهور. ستستخدم وكلاء البرمجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي مثل Claude Code وCodex يومياً، وستتولى ملكية الميزات من الفكرة حتى الإطلاق وقياس أثرها، وذلك في تطبيق Flutter الخاص بنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير الميزات من البداية إلى النهاية في تطبيق Flutter لأنظمة iOS وAndroid
- استخدام Claude Code وCodex وغيرها من وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل يومي للتخطيط وكتابة الكود واختباره ومراجعته
- الانتقال بسرعة من المشكلة إلى النموذج الأولي ثم إلى الإنتاج، واستخدام البيانات لتحسين ما تم إطلاقه
- العمل مباشرة مع الرئيس التنفيذي وفريق المنتج لتحديد ما سيُبنى لاحقاً
- المساعدة في تنظيم طريقة بناء الفريق للمنتجات بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بما في ذلك الأوامر (Prompts) وسير عمل الوكلاء وممارسات المراجعة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن تكون «صانعاً» تُظهر ما سبق أن أطلقته، سواء كانت تطبيقات أو مشاريع جانبية أو مشاريع مفتوحة المصدر أو شركاتناشئة
- خبرة عملية في Claude Code و/أو Codex، مع بناء ميزات حقيقية بها وليس مجرد تجربتها
- خبرة قوية في تطوير التطبيقات المتنقلة، ويفضّل في Flutter/Dart، مع تطبيقات منشورة على App Store أو Google Play
- إلمام بالتطوير عبر مختلف طبقات النظام، بما في ذلك واجهات البرمجة (APIs) وFirebase أو ما يماثلها من الخلفيات البرمجية، وأدوات التحليلات
- عقلية منتج وحكم جيد على ما يجب بناؤه وما يجب تجاهله
- مفضّل: خبرة في الاشتراكات أو المشتريات داخل التطبيق، مثل RevenueCat
- مفضّل: خبرة في تطبيقات الصحة أو اللياقة أو التطبيقات الاستهلاكية

Kalee is one of Saudi Arabia's fastest-growing B2C apps. We help tens of thousands of people track their meals, eat better and reach their health goals. We're a small team in Al-Khobar that ships fast, and we build with AI at the center of how we work.
The role
We're looking for a builder: someone who takes an idea and ships it to real users in days, not months. You'll use AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex every day to move faster, and you'll own features end to end in our Flutter app, from the idea through shipping and measuring the impact. This is a hybrid, full-time role in Al-Khobar.
What you'll do
- Ship features end to end in our Flutter app for iOS and Android
- Use Claude Code, Codex and other AI agents as your daily workflow to plan, write, test and review code
- Go from problem to prototype to production quickly, then use data to improve what you shipped
- Work directly with the CEO and the product team on what to build next
- Help set up how the team builds with AI, including prompts, agent workflows and review practices
What we're looking for
- You're a builder. Show us things you've shipped: apps, side projects, open source or startups
- Hands-on fluency with Claude Code and/or Codex. You've built real features with them, not just tried them
- Strong mobile experience, ideally Flutter/Dart, with apps live on the App Store or Google Play
- Comfortable across the stack, including APIs, Firebase or similar backends, and analytics
- A product mindset and good judgment about what to build and what to skip
Nice to have
- Experience with subscriptions or in-app purchases, such as RevenueCat
- Experience with health, fitness or consumer apps
