📢 We’re Hiring: Collection Manager | AlJammaz Technologies

AlJammaz Technologies is looking for an experienced Collection Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a results-driven finance professional with strong experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer management, and team leadership, ideally within the IT distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the collections team and daily collection activities.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes.
• Monitor AR aging and drive the reduction of overdue receivables.
• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Business Units to resolve payment issues and disputes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Prepare collection reports, aging analysis, and customer status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in collections, preferably within IT distribution or a related industry.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Strong understanding of collections, accounts receivable, AR aging, customer credit behavior, and dispute resolution.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
