شركة كامكو - شركة مترو العاصمة (CAMCO) تعلن عن وظيفة فني صيانة عربات السكك الحديدية (Rolling Stock Technician) في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لمعدات عربات المترو (RST) وفق جميع اللوائح ذات الصلة وأفضل ممارسات الصناعة والمعايير الدولية. تحليل الأعطال في معدات RST واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية المناسبة تحت إشراف مشرف وردية RST. المسؤولية عن أي حركة لعربات RST داخل منطقة المستودع (القيادة اليدوية للقطارات أو باستخدام مركبة المناورة)، بما في ذلك فحص السلامة قبل المناورة، وربط وفصل القطارات، والإيقاف الآمن للعربات في المناطق المحددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، بما في ذلك إصلاح الأنظمة التي يغطيها قسم الصيانة، وفق تعليمات الكادر المشرف.
- تنفيذ المهام وفق جداول العمل وخطط الصيانة الدورية.
- تجهيز المواد والأدوات ومعدات الورشة اللازمة لأنشطة الصيانة.
- إعداد وثائق الأعطال ورفعها إلى المسؤولين عبر نظام CMMS.
- مساعدة مشرف الوردية (RST) في مهامه.
- تشغيل الأدوات الخاصة والمعدات وأجهزة القياس ومركبات الصيانة اللازمة لتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح.
- إصلاح أصول RST وفق الوثائق الفنية المعتمدة.
- إجراء فحص السلامة والتشغيل لأي مركبة سكك حديدية قبل وبعد المناورة.
- تنسيق مناورة القطارات من مسار التسليم إلى مساحات عمل الصيانة الخفيفة/الثقيلة، يدوياً أو باستخدام مركبة مناورة.
- تشغيل القطارات وإيقافها، بما في ذلك تشغيل وإيقاف المكونات مثل التكييف (HVAC) والإضاءة قبل وبعد عمليات المناورة.
- توصيل وفصل عربات السكك الحديدية بمصدر الطاقة المستمر 750V DC في الورشة الثابتة أو المتنقلة (عملية Stinger) أو بوحدة الشحن.
- قيادة مركبة الاستجابة للطوارئ على خط الخدمة في حالات الإنقاذ الطارئ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تدريب مهني في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الميكانيكية (كهربائي، فني أسلاك، ميكانيكي آلات، ميكانيكي تبريد وتكييف، ميكانيكي صيانة أدوات الآلات).
- خبرة عمل ذات صلة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات.
- خبرة في العمل في مجال صيانة الأنظمة الفنية المعقدة، ويفضل في تشغيل وصيانة منظومة RST في السكك الحديدية أو المترو.
- خبرة في خدمة قطارات المترو من جهة المقاول أو المقاول من الباطن (OEM) يمكن النظر فيها، خاصة في أنظمة الفرامل وHVAC وTMS والدفع والأبواب والبوجي والتعليق.
- خبرة في تشغيل وصيانة معدات ورشة المستودع ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل والقراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على قراءة الكتيبات الفنية والمخططات الميكانيكية و/أو الكهربائية.
- معرفة جيدة بالأدوات والمعدات.
- معرفة بأنظمة النقل العام ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات حاسب آلي جيدة ميزة إضافية.

7.7Repair of RST assets in conformance with the current technical documentation.
Main Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Executing of preventive and corrective maintenance including repairing of the systems covered by the maintenance section in accordance with the instructions given by the superior personnel.
- Conduct tasks according to work schedules and periodic maintenance plans.
- Preparation of the material as well as tools and workshop equipment required for maintenance activities.
- Preparation of failure documentation and submitting them to superiors through CMMS
- Assistance to the shift supervisor RST in his tasks.
7.7Repair of RST assets in conformance with the current technical documentation.
- Safety and operational check of any railway vehicle before/after shunting.
- Co-ordination and shunting of the trains from handover track to the light/heavy maintenance workspaces in manual mode or by using a shunting vehicle.
- Power up and shut down operation of the trains, including switching on/off the components HVAC, light etc. before/after shunting operations.
- Connecting/disconnecting the railway vehicles with/from fixed or mobile workshop 750V DC power supply (stinger operation) or charging unit.
- Driving of the emergency response vehicle on the service line in emergency rescue situations.
Main Purpose
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of RST equipment in accordance with all relevant regulations, good industry practices and international benchmark.
- Analyse disruptions in RST equipment and accordingly execute preventive measures in supervision of RST Shift Supervisor.
- Responsible person for any movement of RST vehicles within the depot area (manually driving the trains as well as by using a shunting vehicle) , including pre-shunting safety check, coupling/de-coupling of trains and secured parking of the vehicles within designated areas.
- Has a vocational training in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical (electrician, wireman, machinist, refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic, machine tool maintenance mechanic) and minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
- Ability to communicate and read/write in English;
- Ability to read technical manuals, mechanical and/or electrical diagrams;
- Knowledge of the public transport systems is an added advantage;
- Good computer skills are an added advantage;
- Has a good knowledge in tools and equipment.
- Has experience of working in the field of maintenance for complex technical systems, preferably in railway/metro RST operation and maintenance organisation, service experience in metro train field from the contractor/sub-contractor (OEM) side specially in brake system, HVAC, TMS, propulsion, door, bogie & suspension system etc. can also be considered;
- Having experience in handling the operation and maintenance of Depot Workshop Equipments is an added advantage;
