تعلن عبد اللطيف جميل عن فرصة لوظيفة مشرف عمليات ساحة المخزون (Stockyard Operations Supervisor) في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الإشراف على فرق العمليات وإدارة أنشطتها اليومية وأدائها وفق الخطط المحددة، وتشمل: استلام المركبات في NDC، ونقل المركبات إلى مصانع PIO للتجهيزات الإضافية، وانتقاء المركبات للإرسال، وتسليم المركبات من NDC إلى عملاء ALJID وتجار الجملة.
مسؤول عن التنفيذ الكفء والفعال للخطط، والتنسيق مع وظائف VLD الأخرى مثل إدارة التخطيط وإدارة المخزون.
درجة إشراف متوسطة على أنشطة التشغيل، وصلاحية مشتركة على العمليات الوظيفية اليومية.
القدرة على التعامل مع الضغط واتخاذ قرارات سليمة تضمن سلاسة العمليات، ودعم احتياجات الإدارات الأخرى، وبناء بيئة عمل تعاونية، والعمل كرئيس فريق لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل اليومية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

مراقبة مهام خطة الإرسال اليومية وضمان تنفيذ الخطط في وقتها وبدقة.
ضمان توفر المركبات في منطقة RTD أو G بما يتناسب مع وصول الشاحنات لتسيير العمليات بسلاسة.
تسليم "مذكرة التسليم" إلى مسؤول الأرشفة لاسترجاعها عند حاجة العميل إليها.
ضمان إجراء فحص ما قبل التسليم (PDI) في الوقت المحدد للمركبات المطلوب فحصها فقط.
تخطيط القوى العاملة.
ضمان عدم وجود أي أضرار في جميع المناطق، والحيلولة دون وقوع الحوادث.
ضمان توعية دورية بالسلامة وبيئة العمل الآمنة لجميع الموظفين.

الشروط والمتطلبات

المؤهل التعليمي: تعليم جامعي أو ما يعادله.
الخبرة: 5 سنوات كحد أدنى.
اللغات: الإنجليزية والعربية.
الشهادات والمعرفة: Toyota Way، وTBP، وMS Office (مستوى أساسي).

Purpose of the Job

Supervise and manages operation teams daily activities and performance on assigned plans that includes vehicles receiving at NDC , pulling vehicles to PIO accessorization plants , vehicles picking to dispatch , vehicles delivery from NDC ALJID customers and wholesalers.

Responsible for the efficient and effective execution of the plans , and also to coordination with other VLD functions such as planning and inventory management department.

Key Accountabilities: Description

- Overall, Driver Performance VS assigned pla.

- VLD Missing Items less than 3 cases.

- ALJR & ALJAW Delivery Leadtime.

- Overall damage ratio.

- Vehicle inspection accuracy at arrival gate.

- 5’S & Average QA Auditing Report score .

Major Activities

1- Monitoring dispatch plan daily task and ensure the on time and accurate execution of daily plans.

2- Ensures that the availability of vehicles in RTD or G zone according to trailer's arrival to run the operation smoothly.

3- Submit the "Delivery note" to archive officer by handover to retrieve when the customer needs it.

4- Ensure that PDI (pre delivery inspection) is conducted on time for the vehicles required PDI only.

5- Manpower planning .

6- Ensure the Zero Damage in all Area and avoid accident to occur.

7- Ensure regular awareness safety working Environment for all Staff.

Job Context

- The Job Holder must have leadership and ability to organize, plan, monitor all operations related to Dispatch Operations.

Minimum Qualifications

College Level or equivalent.
