تعلن شركة أمازون عن وظيفة مشرف عمليات (Operations Supervisor, AMZL Logistics - DS Variable) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريق عمليات أمازون الذي يتوسع حالياً.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يشرف مشرف العمليات على إدارة الورديات في أحد مراكز التنفيذ في المرحلة الأولى (First Mile)، أو مراكز الفرز في المرحلة الوسطى (Middle Mile)، أو محطات التسليم في المرحلة الأخيرة (Final Mile). ويُعد مشرفو العمليات المحرك الأساسي للعمليات الميدانية، ويلعبون دوراً رئيسياً في إيصال طلبات العملاء في كل مرحلة من مراحل سلسلة الإمداد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تهيئة بيئة عمل آمنة والعمل على تحديد فرص تحسين السلامة في منطقة العمل
- إدارة الموظفين وتدريبهم لتقديم أفضل خدمة للعملاء
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقاً لإرشادات الجودة والسلامة
- تزويد الإدارة الميدانية والمشغلين بالمعلومات المهمة المتعلقة بالوردية بشكل مستمر
- تعديل توزيع العمالة خلال الورديات لتحقيق الخطط والتوقعات أو تجاوزها
- التنسيق مع الوظائف المساندة و/أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة المشكلات المشتركة أو الاحتياجات في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية، مثل جاهزية مناطق العمليات، ومعايير 5S، والسلامة، والتدريب

As an Operations Supervisor you will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfilment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Supervisors drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation throughout the shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
The Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example. Capable of developing expertise in all operational processes.
- Have experience using Excel and WMS.
- Able to analyze data, motivate team members to excel, and, most importantly, consistently place the customer at the center of all decision-making.
- Flexible with scheduling, including night shifts, variable work hours and work overtime as needed.
