نبذة عن الوظيفة

يشرف مشرف عمليات النقل الثقيل على الأنشطة اليومية للنقل المتعلق بالشحنات كبيرة الحجم والوزن والشحنات الخاصة بالمشاريع. يضمن المشرف تنفيذ عمليات النقل بأمان وكفاءة والتزام تام بالأنظمة، مع التنسيق مع العملاء والسائقين وجهات استصدار التصاريح والإدارات الداخلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل كنقطة الارتكاز التشغيلية الرئيسية أثناء تنفيذ حركات النقل الثقيل، والاستجابة بفعالية للمشكلات الميدانية غير المتوقعة.
  • التنسيق مع محطات الوزن (ميزان) وإدارة المرور وجهات استصدار التصاريح والجهات التنظيمية الأخرى لحل المعوقات التشغيلية التي قد تؤثر على أنشطة النقل.
  • إدارة ومعالجة المسائل المتعلقة بفحص المركبات، ومتطلبات محطات الوزن، والالتزام بالتصاريح، وقيود المسارات، وإغلاق الطرق، وتدخلات الجهات الرسمية.
  • تقديم الدعم التشغيلي الفوري للسائقين وفرق القوافل أثناء تنفيذ عمليات النقل.
  • تصعيد المشكلات التشغيلية الحرجة واقتراح حلول عملية للحد من التأخير والاضطرابات في سير المشاريع.
  • التنسيق مع العملاء والجهات الرسمية عند الحاجة إلى تعديل خطط النقل بسبب ظروف طارئة غير متوقعة.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع حركات النقل وفقاً للتصاريح المعتمدة وقيود المسارات والمتطلبات النظامية.

Job Summary

The Heavy Transport Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily transport activities involving oversized, overweight, and project cargo movements. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of transport operations while coordinating with customers, drivers, permit authorities, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational focal point during heavy transport movements and respond effectively to unexpected field issues.
  • Coordinate with Mizan weigh stations, Traffic Police, permit authorities, and other regulatory bodies to resolve operational obstacles that may impact transportation activities.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to vehicle inspections, weigh station requirements, permit compliance, route restrictions, road closures, and authority interventions.
  • Provide immediate operational support to drivers and convoy teams during transport execution.
  • Escalate critical operational issues and recommend practical solutions to minimize delays and project disruptions.
  • Coordinate with customers and authorities when transportation plans require adjustment due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ensure all transport movements are executed in accordance with approved permits, route restrictions, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Saudi National.
