تعلن شركة NOV عن وظيفة مفتش جودة (Quality Inspector) في مدينة الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مفتش الجودة أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها، ويتأكد من اتباع إجراءات ومعالجات نظام إدارة الجودة في NOV.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات الاستلام على المواد أو المكونات الواردة، للتحقق من مطابقتها لأوامر الشراء ومخططات الشركة والإجراءات والمواصفات ومتطلبات الكود، ثم إعداد تقارير فحص الاستلام والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- استخدام مجموعة من أدوات القياس اليدوية والتركيبات (fixtures) لإجراء فحوصات الأبعاد والفحص أثناء التصنيع والفحص النهائي للمكونات والتجميعات، والتي تتطلب تفاوتات أقل من 0.001 بوصة، ثم إعداد تقارير فحص الأبعاد والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- العمل بتنسيق وثيق مع فريق الإنتاج لتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة، واتخاذ إجراء فوري لدعم الإجراءات التصحيحية وحل جميع المشكلات.
- إعداد تقارير شاملة لعدم المطابقة وتقارير الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب، لمراجعة مدير مراقبة الجودة أو مشرف مراقبة الجودة.
- المساعدة في مراقبة جودة الموردين الفرعيين.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المعدات ومكان العمل وترتيبهما، وتنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية الأساسية للمعدات عند الحاجة.
- التحقق من جميع سجلات المواد بالرجوع إلى أمر العمل.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلّف بها المشرف أو المدير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو ما يعادله مع خبرة في الصناعة نفسها.
- خبرة من 4 إلى 5 سنوات.
- الالتزام بالأنظمة السعودية وسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها، وبرنامج ISO للجودة وإجراءاته، وأنظمة السلامة والبيئة.
- الخبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- اطلاع جيد على أجهزة القياس المتقدمة، وفحص الأجزاء والتجميعات والمنتج النهائي.
- القدرة على اتباع التعليمات المكتوبة والشفهية.
- القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة عمل متغيرة وتعدد المتطلبات، والتعامل مع التغييرات المتكررة والتأخيرات والأحداث غير المتوقعة.
- الاستعداد والقدرة على العمل بورديات مرنة وجداول عمل متغيرة.

Quality Inspector is mainly tasked with the quality assurance and quality control activities and ensures that NOV quality management system processes and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Quality Control Inspectors validate that our materials and manufactured components are compliant. This role involves receiving inspection of incoming material and shop floor inspection of precision machined components and assemblies with tolerances less than 0.001".
- Conduct receiving inspections on incoming material or components for conformance to purchase orders, company drawings, procedures, specifications and Code requirements and then complete any related Receiving Inspection Reports and documentation.
- Use a range of manual measurement tools and fixtures to complete dimensional, in-process, and final inspections on components and assemblies and then prepare any related Dimensional Inspection Reports and documentation.
- Work closely with the Production team to identify non-conformances and take immediate action to support corrective action and resolution of all issues.
- Prepare comprehensive Non-Conformance Reports and Corrective Action Reports in a timely manner for review by the QC Manager or QC Supervisor.
- Assist with Quality Surveillance of sub suppliers.
- Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment as required.
- Experience in oil and gas will be an added value.
- Required to adhere and comply with Saudi law, the Company policies and procedures; ISO Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
- May perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
Have a good exposer on advanced measuring instruments & Inspection of parts, assemblies and final product.
- Verify all the record material with ref to work order.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules.
- Diploma or equivalent Experience in the same industry.
- 4-5 years of experience.
