تعلن شركة NOV عن فرصة وظيفية لمسمى مشغل RCD في مدينة الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تشغيل معدات MPD والإشراف على عمليات RCD، والمساعدة في إتمام عمليات التركيب والفك لمعدات MPD، وتشخيص المشكلات وحلها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تركيب وفك نظام RCD في كل بئر تحت توجيه مشرف WSS.
- الإشراف على نظام RCD بالكامل، والتأكد من اتباع جميع الإجراءات وفق احتياطات السلامة والممارسات المطلوبة.
- المساعدة في التدريب المتخصص لموظفي NOV، والتعريف العام بالنظام لموظفي العميل وشركة الحفر.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات التشغيل وبطاقات البيانات المستمرة لجميع تقارير الصيانة، والتأكد من الإبلاغ المبكر عن أي عطل في النظام.
- التأكد من أن رأس الدوران يعمل بكامل كفاءته وأن النظام يعمل بشكل صحيح في كل الأوقات، بما في ذلك استخدام لوحة التحكم عن بُعد.
- التأكد من إجراء فحوصات النظر المطلوبة، وتنفيذ جميع إجراءات الصيانة والتشغيل العامة.
- مناقشة جميع إجراءات الإصلاح والصيانة ذات الصلة مع مشرف WSS لأغراض التقارير وسجلات استخدام النظام.
- ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات Q&HSE وتطبيقها خلال أنشطة المشروع التشغيلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Responsibilities
- The Supervision of nippling up and down the RCD system on each well under the guidance of the WSS Supervisor.
- To oversee the complete RCD system, ensuring that all procedures are followed in accordance with the safety precautions and practices required.
- To assist in the specific training of NOV personnel and general familiarization to both client and drilling contractor staff.
- To maintain constant operating records and data cards for all maintenance reporting and to ensure that early notification of system malfunctioning can be addressed.
- To ensure that the actual rotary head is fully functional and the system is operating correctly at all times, including the remote control panel use.
- To ensure the correct visual element checks are carried out, and all general maintenance and operating procedures are performed.
- To discuss all relevant repair/maintenance actions with WSS Supervisor for his reporting duties and system utilization records.
- To ensure further compliance of, and the implementation, of all Q&HSE procedures during the operational project activity.
- To notify the need / use of any consumables, in accordance with regular system checks during the drilling operations, ensuring that all relevant details are recorded by the WSS Supervisor.
- 3 to 6 years RCD experience
- Good English communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Professional manner with positive customer service attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Mobile and willing to work irregular hours in a field environment
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in order to meet deadlines
- Work history that demonstrates the ability to work effectively in both field and office environments
- Proven time and project management skills
- Proven ability to successfully lead a multiple disciplinary team
