شركة DHL Global Forwarding، إحدى شركات مجموعة DHL الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الشحن الجوي والبحري والبري، تفتح باب التوظيف لوظيفة أخصائي مخزون في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن دعم تطوير وإدارة خطط وعمليات إدارة المخزون لتحليل وتطوير مخزون المؤسسة من خلال تشغيل نظام التزويد، بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية وأهداف العمل والسياسات والإرشادات المؤسسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطوير وإدارة خطط وعمليات إدارة المخزون لتحديد وتقييم وتطوير مخزون المؤسسة من خلال تحليل وتشغيل نظام التزويد، وفقاً لاستراتيجية وأهداف العمل والسياسات والإرشادات المؤسسية.
- تنفيذ نظام تتبع المخزون لتحسين إجراءات الرقابة على المخزون.
- تنفيذ خطط تحسين المخزون لتقليل حالات نفاد المخزون مع تقليل المخزون غير الصحي وغير القابل للبيع.
- إدارة حركة المخزون من البداية إلى النهاية وتسوية أي اختلافات.
- تنفيذ خطط إدارة المخزون لمراقبة دقة البيانات الأسبوعية، والتاريخ، وتغييرات الشبكة، والمهل الزمنية، والأحداث الترويجية السابقة والمستقبلية، ومعلومات المنتجات الجديدة، والتسعير، وأهداف أداء خدمة العملاء.
- إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن عمليات المخزون ومستوياته والتعديلات.
- التعاون مع فرق المستودعات المتعددة وفرق سلسلة التوريد الأخرى مثل اللوجستيات والمشتريات.
- تسوية عمليات التسليم والشحن اليومية لتسوية المخزون.
- التأثير على الآخرين ضمن مجال الوظيفة من خلال شرح الحقائق والسياسات والممارسات.
- دعم والتفاعل بشكل أساسي مع زملاء نفس الوظيفة.
- بناء العلاقات وفهم اهتمامات ومخاوف العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- معالجة القضايا المتعلقة بالمهام بشكل مناسب للحفاظ على علاقات العمل.
- مسؤولية إدارية: مساهم فردي دون مسؤولية مباشرة عن قيادة الآخرين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها من خبرة/مؤهل.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين.

In this Inventory Specialist position
- Support to develop and administer Inventory management plans and processes to identify, evaluate and develop organization's inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies
- Implement inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
- Implement plans to optimize inventory - reduce out of stock while reducing unhealthy & unsellable inventory
- Manage end-to-end movement of stock and reconciling in case of discrepancies
- Implement Inventory management plans to monitor the accuracy of weekly data, history, network changes, lead-times, past and future promotional events, new product information, pricing, and customer service performance goals
- Maintain detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
- Collaborate with multiple warehouse teams and other supply chain teams like logistics and sourcing
- Reconcile daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
- Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function
- Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
- Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
- Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
- More than 2 years
