نبذة عن الوظيفة
باعتبارك المدير المالي للشركة في المملكة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن وضع الاستراتيجية الشاملة وإدارة وظائف المالية التشغيلية في البلاد، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتحليل والتقارير والميزانيات. ستساهم في تحديد استراتيجية المالية لدولة متوسطة إلى كبيرة، وتقديم التوجيه والاستشارات لكبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين، وقيادة فرق متعددة من المدراء التنفيذيين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- وضع الاستراتيجية المالية الشاملة وإدارة وظائف المالية مع التركيز على الأنشطة المالية التشغيلية في البلاد.
- المساهمة في تحديد استراتيجية المالية لدولة متوسطة إلى كبيرة، بما في ذلك جميع خدمات الإدارة المالية (الرقابة والمحاسبة)، التخطيط، التحليل، التقارير والميزانيات، مع مراعاة استراتيجية العمل والسياسات المالية والإطار القانوني والمعايير المحاسبية.
- قيادة وتخطيط وتنظيم وتنفيذ المبادرات والخدمات والعمليات المالية المتعلقة بوظيفتين أو أكثر من وظائف المالية (مثل RTR و PTP والرقابة) لتحقيق الشفافية المالية والحفاظ على الصحة المالية قصيرة وطويلة الأجل وتقديم المشورة لفريق الإدارة.
- تقديم التوجيه والاستشارات بشأن الأمور المالية لكبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين، والاستعانة بالزملاء المتخصصين عند الحاجة.
- ضمان تقديم الخدمات المالية وتحسين العمليات وتنفيذ التغييرات المالية.
- حل المشكلات المالية المعقدة والصعبة مثل التعديلات الضريبية، ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT)، المتطلبات القانونية المحلية المتغيرة، وغيرها.
- الحفاظ على علاقات البائعين/الخدمات واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة مع وحدة/شريك أعمال معين لمختلف الخدمات المالية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ تحسينات في العمليات والأنظمة والأساليب المالية الحالية لتعزيز الفعالية والكفاءة.
- التفاوض على الاتفاقيات/العقود الحساسة مع الإدارات الأخرى والأطراف الثالثة.
- بناء علاقات قوية وثقة مع كبار قادة الأعمال في DHL والشركات الشريكة.
- التأثير على الآخرين داخل DHL وخارجها كقائد فكري معترف به يمثل المجموعة.
- قيادة فرق متعددة من المدراء التنفيذيين والمدراء العامين وكبار المدراء.
- ضمان الاختيار المناسب للمواهب وتنظيم وقيادة الأقسام الكبرى في المؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات.

In this CFO position
- Craft comprehensive strategy and, lead as line and budget manager for finance function with higher focus on operational finance activities of the country
- Contribute to the definition of the Finance strategy for a medium to large country including all financial management services (Controlling as well as Accounting side), planning, analysis, reporting and budgets considering country business strategy, financial policies, legal framework and accounting standards
- Lead, plan, organize and deliver Finance initiatives, services and processes related to two or more of the Finance Job Families (e.g. a combination of RTR, PTP and Controlling activities) to achieve financial transparency, maintain short and long-term financial health, and advise the management team
- Provide guidance and consulting on financial matters to senior business team, drawing on specialist colleagues as needed
- Ensure financial service delivery, process improvement, implementation of financial changes
- Resolve complex and more difficult finance issues such as adjusting for taxes, VAT, varying local legal requirements, etc.
- Maintain vendor / service relationship and service level agreements with specific business unit / partner for various financial services
- Develop and implement improvements in existing financial processes, systems and methods for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency
- Negotiate critical agreements/contracts with other departments and 3rd parties
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across DHL and partner organizations
- Influence others across DHL and externally as an internally and externally recognized thought leader representing the Group
- Lead multiple teams of executives, directors/senior managers, and managers
- Ensure appropriate talent selection, organization and leadership for major areas of the organization
