انضم إلى فريق DHL Global Forwarding في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، كأخصائي عمليات الشحن البحري أول (Sr. OFR Operations Specialist) حيث ستقوم بتنفيذ خطط وعمليات الشحن البحري لتعزيز سلسلة التوريد العالمية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
في DHL Global Forwarding، نسعى إلى توظيف أخصائي عمليات شحن بحري أول في جدة. ستعمل على تنفيذ خطط وعمليات الشحن البحري لتحقيق تدفق البضائع والمعلومات عبر سلسلة التوريد العالمية للعملاء، مع تعظيم الربحية وتحسين استخدام الموارد البشرية والتجارية وفقاً لاستراتيجية الشركة وأهدافها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ خطط وعمليات الشحن البحري وخدمة العملاء لتقديم خدمات الشحن البحري للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
- تحليل وجمع متطلبات مركز مراقبة الشحن، ودعم فريق العمليات بالتفاصيل والتعليمات اللازمة للأداء التشغيلي.
- تنسيق إدارة الشحن من حيث تخصيص وحجز الشحن على خطوط النقل المخطط لها.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط لمنتجات الشحن البحري في مجالات مثل المواد القابلة للتلف والأدوية والطيران وغيرها.
- تحديد فرص توسيع الأعمال مع عملاء جدد والتحسين المستمر لخدمة العملاء الداخلية.
- بناء علاقة عمل وثيقة مع العملاء الحاليين، وإجراء زيارات للعملاء والحفاظ على مستوى مرغوب من الاحتفاظ بالعملاء.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأداء الحسابات، وإعداد وتقديم تقارير شهرية للإدارة.
- تنفيذ استراتيجية التسعير والرد على استفسارات التسعير بكفاءة وتنافسية.
- إعداد وثائق الشحن اليومية لخدمات الشحن، والمساعدة في تطوير عطاءات الشحن وضمان تقديم المستندات ذات الصلة في الوقت المحدد.
- البحث عن فرص لتعزيز إنتاجية الشحن البحري وتخصيص الموارد واستخدامها بكفاءة.
- تحليل وتقديم مدخلات لتحسين العمليات وتصميم أنظمة لتعزيز جودة الخدمة.
- حل وتحليل المشكلات في التسليم اليومي وتنفيذ ممارسات لتحسين فعالية وكفاءة عمليات الشحن وخدمة العملاء.
- تقديم الدعم وحل المشكلات لأعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة أو الجدد، وتوجيههم حسب الحاجة.
- في مجال منتجات الشحن البحري: إنشاء و/أو تأكيد أوامر النقل، تنفيذ الحجوزات وتحسينها.
- إعداد ومراقبة وتوزيع جميع مستندات الاستيراد/التصدير المطلوبة.
- تحديد مشكلات أداء الموردين واقتراح حلول لتحسين الأداء.
- تحديث معلومات وبيانات الشحنات الجمركية، وحل مشكلات العملاء والحوادث.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات.

In this Sr. OFR Operations Specialist position
- Implement OFR Ops/CS plans and processes to provide ocean freight services for internal and external customers
- Analyze and collate to provide requirements of freight control center, and to support and provide operations team with the required details, information and instructions for operational performance
- Coordinate freight administration in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned line haul
- Contribute to develop and execute plans for ocean freight products in areas such as perishables, pharmaceutical, aviation, etc.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with new clients and continuously improve in-house customer services
- Build close business relationship with existing clients, conduct customer visits and maintain a desired level of customer retention
- Stay updated on account performances, draft and provide monthly reports to management
- Implement pricing strategy and respond to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner
- Deliver day-to-day shipment documentation for freight forwarding, assist in development of shipping tenders and ensure on-time submission on relevant documents
- Seek opportunities to enhance ocean freight productivity, and efficient resource allocation and utilization
- Analyze and provide input for processes and design systems to enhance service quality
- Resolve and analyze issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for OFR Ops/CS focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide support on issues and problems from less experienced/ new team members, provide direction and guidance as needed
- Create and/or confirm transport orders, perform and optimize bookings
- Prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents
- Identify performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
- Update Customs shipment information and physical status, resolve customer issues and incidents
