تعد DHL Global Forwarding، ذراع الشحن الجوي والبحري والبري لمجموعة DHL، شركة رائدة في حلول النقل القياسية والمتخصصة على مستوى العالم. نحن نبحث عن مدير عمليات الشحن الجوي لإدارة عمليات القسم ودفع النمو المحلي وضمان التميز التشغيلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أرباح وخسائر القسم ضمن نطاق المسؤولية المحدد.
- ضمان النمو في الأسواق المحلية بالتعاون مع فريق المبيعات الميدانية ودفع رضا العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم من خلال زيارات منتظمة.
- تكون نقطة التصعيد الثانية أو الأولى (حسب الهيكل المحلي) للشكاوى والاستفسارات والطلبات الخاصة، والعمل مع الفرق الداخلية لحلها.
- ضمان جودة الخدمة والتميز التشغيلي عبر مراقبة ملاحظات العملاء وتحسين الأداء، وتحديد وتنفيذ فرص تحسين العمليات باستخدام أدوات الأداء الموحدة لـ DGF.
- دعم الفرق في الالتزام بالعمليات القياسية العالمية عند تنفيذ الشحنات.
- إدارة علاقات الموردين لتحسين تقديم الخدمة والربحية.
- تنسيق وتطوير فريق عالي الأداء مع تعزيز ثقافة التعاون والتحسين المستمر.
- قيادة القسم والإشراف على المشرفين والمتخصصين وفقاً للأهداف الاستراتيجية للشحن الجوي.
- ضمان التزام الفرق بإجراءات الامتثال التنظيمي الضرورية المتعلقة بالسلع والمواقع للشحنات.
- تحقيق أهداف الإنتاجية وضمان التحكم الدقيق في إدارة الملفات لتعظيم الربح الإجمالي على كل ملف.
- إدارة العلاقات التجارية مع العملاء الحاليين، وتحديد فرص البيع الإضافي، وإجراء زيارات منتظمة للعملاء لتحقيق مستوى مرغوب من الاحتفاظ.
- في مجال منتج الشحن الجوي: تحديد مشكلات أداء الموردين واقتراح حلول لتحسين الأداء، وحل مشكلات العملاء والحوادث.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.

In this AFR Operation Manager position
- Manage the department P&L within their specific area of control
- Ensure growth in local markets in collaboration with field sales while driving customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer visits.
- 2nd or 1st escalation point depending on local structure for customer complaints & special requests/ inquires and works with internal teams toward resolution.
- Ensure service quality, operational excellence by proactively monitoring customer feedback and improving operational performance, identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency by using the standardize performance tools of DGF.
- Support teams to adhere to the Global standard processes when executing shipments.
- Manages supplier relationships to optimize service delivery and profitability
- Coordinate and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Leads the department and leads supervisors and specialists in line with Air Freight Strategic objectives.
- Ensure teams are adhering to the necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments
- Ensure achievement of productivity targets and ensure accurate job management control to ensure GP maximization on every file
- Manage business relationship with existing clients, identify potential upsell opportunities, conduct regular customer visits and achieve a desired level of customer retention
- In area of Air product:
- Identify performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
- Resolve customer issues and incidents
- Education Level - Bachelors Degree
- Experience Level - more than 5 years
