انضم إلى DHL Global Forwarding، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الشحن الجوي والبحري والبري، ونعمل في أكثر من 220 دولة. نبحث عن متخصص في شحنات AFR (SBC/MNC) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستتولى إدارة خطط خدمات الشحن الجوي والإشراف على تنفيذ الشحنات مع كونك نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة الشحنات بما في ذلك استلام حجوزات العملاء، متطلبات التوثيق، وجميع وسائل النقل المحلية والدولية ذات الصلة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال أولى للعملاء فيما يخص معلومات الشحنات، وإدارة الاستثناءات والشكاوى والمطالبات.
- توجيه توجيه الشحنات وتوزيعها لضمان الالتزام بالتزامات خدمة العملاء وتعظيم الربحية، وإعداد الفواتير والمستندات الداعمة بدقة، ومعالجة نزاعات الفوترة. تحمل مسؤولية ربحية الملف.
- دعم إجراءات الامتثال التنظيمي اللازمة المتعلقة بالسلع والمواقع للشحنات.
- إدارة علاقة عمل وثيقة مع العملاء الحاليين، وتحديد فرص البيع الإضافي، وإجراء زيارات للعملاء، وتحقيق مستوى مرغوب من الاحتفاظ بهم.
- دراسة وحل المشكلات في التسليم اليومي وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات لعمليات الشحن الجوي مع التركيز على زيادة الفعالية والكفاءة باستخدام نظام إدارة النقل.
- حل مشكلات أداء الموردين واقتراح حلول لتحسين الأداء.
- حل المشكلات المتكررة واقتراح تحسينات للعمليات مع التركيز على زيادة الفعالية والكفاءة.
- تقديم إرشادات وظيفية أو نصائح أو تدريب للوظائف الأقل خبرة.
- المساهمة في اجتماعات PDs وGEMBA، وتسليط الضوء على المشكلات ومشاركة أفكار التحسين بشكل استباقي.
- إنشاء و/أو تأكيد أوامر النقل، وتنفيذ وتحسين الحجوزات.
- إعداد ومراقبة وتوزيع جميع مستندات الاستيراد/التصدير المطلوبة.
- تحديد مشكلات أداء الموردين.
- تحديث معلومات الشحنات الجمركية والحالة الفعلية، وحل مشكلات العملاء والحوادث.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة/المؤهل.
- خبرة أقل من سنتين.

In this AFR Specialist SBC/MNC position
- Administer shipment level activities including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport
- Act as Customer first point of contact for shipment information, exception / complaint management and claims
- Manage shipment routing and assignment to ensure customer service commitments are in line with the service promise and profit maximized, while also preparing accurate invoices and supporting documentation, and addressing invoice disputes. Own the profitability of the file.
- Support necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments
- Manage close business relationship with existing clients, identify potential upsell opportunities, conduct customer visits and achieve a desired level of customer retention
- Study and resolve issues in day-to-day delivery and implement best practices for Air Freight Operations focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency with the use of the transportation management system.
- Resolve performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
- Resolve recurring issues, and suggest enhancements to processes focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
- May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions
- Contribute to PDs and GEMBA, highlight issues and share improvement ideas proactively
- Create and/or confirm transport orders, perform and optimize bookings
- Prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents
- Identify performance issues of suppliers
- Update Customs shipment information and physical status, resolve customer issues and incidents.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
- Less than 2 years
