المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ خطط عمليات وخدمة العملاء للشحن البحري لتقديم خدمات الشحن للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين
- تحليل وتجميع متطلبات مركز التحكم في الشحن ودعم فريق العمليات بالمعلومات والتعليمات اللازمة
- تنسيق إدارة الشحن عبر تخصيص وحجز المساحات على خطوط النقل المخطط لها
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط منتجات الشحن البحري في مجالات مثل الأغذية القابلة للتلف والمستحضرات الصيدلانية والطيران وغيرها
- تحديد فرص توسيع الأعمال مع العملاء الجدد وتحسين خدمات العملاء الداخلية باستمرار
- بناء علاقات عمل وثيقة مع العملاء الحاليين، وإجراء زيارات للعملاء والحفاظ على مستوى مرغوب من الاحتفاظ بهم
- متابعة أداء الحسابات وإعداد تقارير شهرية للإدارة
- تنفيذ استراتيجية التسعير والرد على استفسارات التسعير بكفاءة وتنافسية
- إعداد وثائق الشحن اليومية للشحن الدولي، والمساعدة في تطوير عروض الشحن وضمان تقديم المستندات في الوقت المحدد
- البحث عن فرص لتعزيز إنتاجية الشحن البحري وتحسين تخصيص الموارد واستخدامها
- تحليل وتقديم مدخلات للعمليات وتصميم أنظمة لتحسين جودة الخدمة
- حل وتحليل المشكلات في عمليات التسليم اليومية وتنفيذ ممارسات تركز على زيادة الكفاءة والفعالية
- دعم أعضاء الفريق الجدد أو الأقل خبرة وتقديم التوجيه اللازم
- في مجال منتج الشحن البحري: إنشاء أو تأكيد أوامر النقل، وإجراء وتحسين الحجوزات، وإعداد ومراقبة وتوزيع وثائق الاستيراد والتصدير المطلوبة، وتحديد مشكلات أداء الموردين واقتراح حلول لتحسين الأداء، وتحديث معلومات الشحن الجمركي والحالة الفعلية وحل مشكلات العملاء
- التنسيق مع شبكة DGF العالمية لتعزيز وتطوير بوابة الشحن للدول المجاورة والفروع الساحلية المحلية
- مساعدة مدير مركز الشحن في شراء السعات والتسعير حسب الحاجة

Engage with the Global DGF network to promote and develop the Gateway for neighboring countries and local coastal branches. Coordinate day to day operations within the Airfreight Gateway. Assist & support ACC Manager in rate & capacity procurement as required

In this Ocean Freight Specialist position
- Implement OFR Ops/CS plans and processes to provide ocean freight services for internal and external customers
- Analyze and collate to provide requirements of freight control center, and to support and provide operations team with the required details, information and instructions for operational performance
- Coordinate freight administration in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned line haul
- Contribute to develop and execute plans for ocean freight products in areas such as perishables, pharmaceutical, aviation, etc.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with new clients and continuously improve in-house customer services
- Build close business relationship with existing clients, conduct customer visits and maintain a desired level of customer retention
- Stay updated on account performances, draft and provide monthly reports to management
- Implement pricing strategy and respond to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner
- Deliver day-to-day shipment documentation for freight forwarding, assist in development of shipping tenders and ensure on-time submission on relevant documents
- Seek opportunities to enhance ocean freight productivity, and efficient resource allocation and utilization
- Analyze and provide input for processes and design systems to enhance service quality
- Resolve and analyze issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for OFR Ops/CS focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide support on issues and problems from less experienced/ new team members, provide direction and guidance as needed
- Create and/or confirm transport orders, perform and optimize bookings
- Prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents
- Identify performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
- Update Customs shipment information and physical status, resolve customer issues and incidents
