تعلن شركة Musco Lighting عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة فني صيانة (Maintenance Technician) في منشأتها بمدينة الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى فني الصيانة ضمان سير العمليات الإنتاجية اليومية في منشأة الشركة بالمملكة، من خلال تقديم دعم أساسي في التشغيل الآلي والأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأعمال الصيانة. تأسست Musco عام 1976 وهي شركة مملوكة للقطاع الخاص، وتُعد الرائد العالمي في حلول الإضاءة للملاعب والمساحات الكبيرة، مع مشاريع في 135 دولة. مقرها الرئيسي في أوسكالوسا بولاية أيوا الأمريكية، ويعمل بها أكثر من 1,800 موظف حول العالم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية، وأعمال الصيانة الوقائية والإصلاح للآلات الإنتاجية حتى جهد 480 فولت.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية.
- المساعدة في تطبيق برنامج صيانة وقائية محوسب.
- تقييم أدوات الإنتاج والآلات من حيث الموثوقية، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الحفاظ على توفر كمية كافية من قطع الغيار والأدوات ومعدات الدعم.
- تنظيم منطقة الورشة والمحافظة على نظافتها وترتيبها.
- التعامل مع الموردين والمزودين.
- يتطلب the الوظيفة سفراً محدوداً.
- الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليف الموظف بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كفني صيانة في بيئة صناعية أو تصنيعية.
- خبرة عملية في إصلاح وتشخيص أعطال الرافعات الشوكية (Fork Trucks) والأدوات اليدوية التي تعمل بالهواء أو الكهرباء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة فنية عميقة في صيانة المعدات الصناعية، تشمل الهيدروليك والنيوماتيك والأدوات (Tooling) والأنظمة الكهربائية الأساسية.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية.
- مهارات في التشخيص والإصلاح المعتمد على الخبرة العملية.

The Maintenance Technician ensures seamless execution of daily manufacturing operations at the KSA Facility by delivering essential machining, mechanical, electrical, and maintenance support.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical trouble shooting as well as preventive and repair work on production machinery, up to 480 volts.
- Be able to read electrical prints
- Assist with implementing a computerized preventative maintenance program
- Evaluate production tools and machinery for reliability and assess corrective measures
- Maintain adequate supply of spare parts, tools and support equipment
- Organize and maintain shop area
- Work with vendors and suppliers
- Minimal travel is required
- Abide by all policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrates deep technical expertise in industrial maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, tooling, and basic electrical systems.
- Brings practical experience repairing and troubleshooting fork trucks and air or electric power tools.
