المهام والمسؤوليات
- المبادرة لتحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف الشركة فيما يتعلق بالسلامة والجودة والإنتاجية.
- المشاركة كعضو نشط في الفريق من خلال الاستجابة للحاجة للحفاظ على سير العمل بكفاءة حسب التوجيهات.
- قراءة مستندات الإنتاج والرسومات لتنفيذ مهام التجميع وفقاً للعمليات المحددة.
- تشغيل الأدوات اليدوية، والأدوات الكهربائية، وأجهزة الاختبار الإلكترونية، والقوالب، والتركيبات لإنتاج المنتج وفق المواصفات.
- تحديد المكونات أو العمليات الرديئة وإبلاغ المنسق أو المشرف أو مسؤول الجودة بذلك.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب محطات العمل والمنطقة المحيطة.
- أداء مهام التعبئة مثل وضع التجميعات النهائية في الصناديق وتأمين المواد باستخدام مواد التعبئة المناسبة.
- أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (مفضلة).
- القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة فريق.
- القدرة على تلقي التوجيهات.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- مهارات أساسية في الحاسوب والرياضيات.
- سجل حضور جيد مثبت.
- قد يُطلب بعض العمل الإضافي.

Essential Criteria
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to take direction
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer and mathematical skills
- Proven good attendance record
- Take initiative to accomplish or exceed company goals relative to safety, quality and productivity
- Participate as an active team member by willingly responding to the need to maintain efficient work flow as directed
- Read production documents and drawings to perform assembly tasks per established processes.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures to produce product per specifications
- Identify inferior parts/processes and notify Coordinator, Lead or Quality
- Keep workstations and area clean and organized
- Performs packing tasks such as placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing the material in the boxes with the appropriate packing materials
- Other duties as assigned
- Some overtime may be required.
