يسعى فريق Musco Lighting في السعودية إلى تعيين أخصائي مشتريات للعمل في مكتب الدمام، بهدف قيادة تقييم وتطوير علاقات الموردين لمرفق التصنيع الجديد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد الموردين المتعاقدين للمواد والإمدادات والمعدات و/أو الخدمات والتفاوض معهم.
- إنشاء وصيانة إجراءات التحسين المستمر للجودة والتسليم والخدمة والسعر.
- دعم هدف الحفاظ على الحد الأدنى من مستويات المخزون وتقليل المخزون الراكد، مع تحقيق هدف الشركة بعدم حدوث طلبيات مؤجلة أو توقف في الإنتاج.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لتفسير وتحليل وحل مشكلات المشتريات.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقة عمل جيدة مع المهندسين والإنتاج والموردين لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة ومتطلبات الجودة.
- حساب وإعداد طلبات مقارنة التكاليف المتعلقة بمشاريع المشتريات والهندسة والإنتاج.
- البحث عن الشركات ذات المرافق و/أو الخدمات المتاحة والتواصل معها والتحقيق فيها، ويتضمن ذلك تقييم الفلسفة التجارية العامة وموثوقية الشركة، وطبيعة ومستوى مهارات القوى العاملة، والمصنع المادي، والآلات، والأدوات، والمعدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في المشتريات من 3 إلى 5 سنوات (مفضلة بشدة).
- درجة في الأعمال أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة (مفضلة).
- معرفة عملية بأنظمة المشتريات وتقنيات التفاوض.
- إجادة قوية للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا).
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
- مستوى عالٍ من التنظيم مع اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
- دافع ذاتي للعمل بشكل مستقل.
- كفاءة في استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Office365 بما في ذلك Outlook وExcel وPowerPoint وغيرها.

The Musco Saudi Arabia Team has an opening for a Purchasing Specialist at our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership in evaluating and developing relationships with suppliers for our new Manufacturing Facility. Essential Criteria
- 3-5 Years of previous purchasing experience strongly desired.
- Business or Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent years' experience.
- Working knowledge of purchasing systems and negotiation techniques.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of organization, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to work independently
- Proficient with computers and Office365 programs, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Responsible for identifying and negotiating with contract suppliers for materials, supplies, equipment and/or services.
- Establish and maintain procedures for the continued improvement of quality, delivery, service and price.
- Support the objective of minimum inventory levels required on hand, and minimizing obsolete inventory, while meeting Musco's goal of no backorders or production disruptions.
- Provide technical assistance to interpret, analyze, and resolve procurement issues.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with engineers, production, and suppliers to ensure compliance to company standards and quality requirements.
- Calculate and prepare cost comparison requests as they pertain to Purchasing, Engineering and Production projects.
- Search out, contact and investigate firms having manufacturing facilities and/or services available, such investigation to include the evaluation of general business philosophy and reliability of the firm, the nature and level of work forces skills, physical plant, machinery, tooling and equipment.
