أعلن فريق شركة Musco Lighting في الدمام، السعودية، عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة أخصائي استيراد وتصدير في مكتب الشركة بالدمام. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى قيادة وتطوير عمليات الاستيراد والتصدير لمنشأة التصنيع في المملكة العربية السعودية، والعمل مع شركات الشحن وفريق التصنيع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة طلبات المخزون في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال إنشاء أوامر الشراء ومتابعتها مع قسم المشتريات والاستلام حتى اكتمال شحن الطلبية.
- إعداد المستندات التجارية اللازمة لشحنات الاستيراد والتصدير وضمان دقتها.
- فهم متطلبات كل دولة يتم التصدير إليها، وإعداد المستندات الإضافية المطلوبة للامتثال الجمركي.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لوضع استراتيجيات الاستيراد والتصدير للشركة.
- بناء علاقات مع شركات الشحن والحفاظ عليها.
- دعم الجهات الدولية التابعة لشركة Musco من خلال التواصل الفعال المتعلق بتوريد المواد وشحنات المشاريع.
- إدارة واعتماد فواتير الشحن الدولية لجميع شحنات الاستيراد والتصدير.
- العمل عن كثب مع شركات الشحن لضمان تلبية متطلبات الشحن لكل من Musco والعميل.
- تزويد الفريق بعروض أسعار الشحن ومعلومات التتبع والاستفسارات الأخرى المتعلقة بالشحن.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات الاستيراد والتصدير.
- إجادة قوية للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، ومحادثة).
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
- مستوى عالٍ من التنظيم مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.
- دافعية ذاتية للعمل بشكل مستقل.
- إتقان استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج Office365، بما في ذلك Outlook وExcel وPowerPoint وغيرها.

The Musco Saudi Arabia Team has an opening for an Import/Export Specialist at our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership in working with freight carriers and the manufacturing team in the development and execution of import and export operations for the KSA Manufacturing Facility. Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export operations.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of organization, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to work independently
- Proficient with computers and Office365 programs, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Manage KSA inventory requests by creating and maintaining purchase orders for Purchasing & Receiving until shipment of the order is complete.
- Create and ensure accuracy on commercial documentation for both import and export shipments.
- Understand requirements of each country in which shipments are being exported to, and create additional documentation as required for import compliance.
- Work with other departments to plan import and export strategies for Musco.
- Maintain and build freight carrier relationships.
- Support Musco's international entities with effective communication involving supply of materials and project shipments.
- Manage and approve international freight invoices on all import and export shipments.
- Work closely with freight carriers to ensure that freight requirements for both Musco and the customer are met.
- Provide the team with freight quotes, tracking information, and other freight related inquiries.
