نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تقبل التغيير المرتبط بالتحسين المستمر.
- فحص وتحليل جودة الأجزاء الواردة والمصنعة لتحديد قبولها وفقاً للمواصفات المحددة.
- حل حالات عدم المطابقة مع الموردين وأقسام التصنيع الداخلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري للأجزاء غير المطابقة ومرتجعات العملاء واتخاذ قرارات التصرف.
- إجراء عمليات فحص التخطيط التفصيلية وتوثيق النتائج.
- جمع وتحليل بيانات الجودة.
- تحليل جودة المنتج.
- حل مخاوف/مشاكل الجودة مع الموظفين الداخليين والموردين.
- تنفيذ أنشطة التحسين المخطط لها.
- إعداد وتنفيذ خطط الفحص.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق العمليات والمكونات.
- إجراء قابلية التكرار وإعادة الإنتاج للمقاييس (Gage R&R).
- مهام أخرى حسب التكليف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة تقنية لمدة عامين.
- يفضل خبرة من ثلاث إلى خمس سنوات في مجال الجودة في بيئة تصنيع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل بشكل جيد مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات/رسومات المكونات.
- القدرة على تشغيل معدات القياس والفحص مثل CMM، سطح الجرانيت، لوحة السطح، مقياس الارتفاع، الميكرومتر، القدمة، ومجموعة متنوعة من المقاييس الأخرى.
- القدرة على العمل مع المفاهيم الرياضية بما في ذلك الهندسة الصلبة وعلم المثلثات.
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة.
- معرفة عملية بـ GD&T و SPC.
- إلمام بالحاسوب، خاصة في Word و Excel.
- قدرة تقنية قوية.
- الاهتمام بالدقة والتفاصيل.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis on nonconforming parts and customer returns and make disposition decisions.
- Perform detailed layout inspections and document results.
- Collect and analyze quality data.
- Analyze product quality.
- Resolve quality concerns/problems with in-house personnel and vendors.
- Execute planned improvement activity.
- Prepare and implement inspection plans.
- Conduct process and component audits.
- Perform gage Repeatability and Reproducibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Two-year technical degree is preferred
- Minimum three-five years quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/component drawings
- Ability to operate measuring and inspection equipment such as CMM, granite, surface plate, height gage, micrometers, calipers, and a variety of other gages.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts including solid geometry and trigonometry
- Excellent analytical skills
- Working knowledge of GD&T and SPC
- Must be computer literate, specifically in Word and Excel
- Strong technical aptitude
- Attention to accuracy and detail
