تسعى شركة طويق للصب والتشكيل (Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company) إلى توظيف أخصائي مشتريات (Procurement Specialist) يتمتع بالدقة والتفكير التجاري للانضمام إلى قسم سلسلة الإمداد في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة المشتريات الشاملة لدعم متطلبات الأعمال والمشاريع
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التوريد بناءً على تحليل السوق والطلب
- التفاوض وإدارة أوامر الشراء والعقود والشروط التجارية
- تحديد وتقييم وإدارة أداء الموردين والعلاقات معهم
- مراقبة تنفيذ الطلبات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد والامتثال للمتطلبات
- إدارة مخاطر الموردين وتنفيذ خطط التخفيف
- تحسين تكاليف المشتريات مع الحفاظ على الجودة ومستويات الخدمة
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها ومعايير الحوكمة
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لدعم الكفاءة التشغيلية
- قيادة أو دعم أنشطة المشتريات للمشاريع الموكلة
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة يطلبها الإدارة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص سلسلة الإمداد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال معادل
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال المشتريات أو سلسلة الإمداد
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي
- القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Procurement Specialist to join the Supply Chain Department. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role is responsible for applying Supply Chain Management and Procurement principles to procure goods and services, and for handling the development and administration of procurement actions in support of business and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities to support business and project requirements
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on market and demand analysis
- Negotiate and manage purchase orders, contracts, and commercial terms
- Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier performance and relationships
- Monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements
- Manage supplier risks and implement mitigation plans
- Optimise procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency
- Lead or support procurement activities for assigned projects
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by management.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
