يبحث Tuwaiq للصب والتشكيل عن مدير استراتيجي وذو خبرة في التميز التشغيلي للانضمام إلى إدارة العمليات. يقدم هذا الدور تقاريره إلى الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات، ويكون مسؤولاً عن توجيه تحسين تخطيط الإنتاج، وإدارة الأصول، وتنفيذ المشاريع عبر جميع العمليات. يقود المدير التميز في الأداء التشغيلي، ويضمن التوافق مع أهداف الأعمال، ويعزز كفاءة الموارد، ويدعم النمو التنظيمي المستدام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية القسم بما يتوافق مع رؤية Tuwaiq ورسالتها، وترجمة الخطط التشغيلية إلى نتائج قابلة للقياس تحقق الأهداف طويلة المدى.
- قيادة تحقيق أهداف القسم من خلال القيادة الفعالة وإدارة الأداء وتطوير الفريق، وتوجيه مبادرات تنمية المواهب، والإشراف على التوجيه والتدريب، وتعزيز ثقافة القيم الأخلاقية.
- مراقبة والتحقق من سير جميع العمليات وفقًا للميزانية المعتمدة، والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات التنفيذية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وعمليات السلامة الشاملة لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة، وإنشاء إطار عمل لإدارة السلامة وضمان الامتثال التنظيمي وتخفيف المخاطر.
- إعداد تقارير القسم بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد، وبناء علاقات دائمة مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين، ودعم مبادرات العلاقات العامة والمسؤولية المجتمعية.
- تحديد وإدارة جداول الإنتاج لتتوافق مع طلب العملاء وتقليل المهل الزمنية وتحسين استخدام الموارد، وتحليل الطاقات الإنتاجية، وتوجيه إدارة المخزون، والإشراف على تنفيذ خطط الإنتاج وتعديلها حسب الطلب.
- المساهمة في استراتيجيات الحفاظ على الأصول المادية (الآلات والأدوات والمعدات)، والإشراف على مشاريع رأس المال المتعلقة بالأصول الحيوية، وتخطيط إدارة دورة حياة الأصول، ومراقبة المخاطر وتقديم التوصيات لضمان الموثوقية طويلة المدى.
- تطبيق بروتوكولات أرضية الورشة المنظمة لضمان بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة وفعالة، وعرض تقدم المشاريع والمواصفات الفنية على أصحاب المصلحة، وتوجيه إعداد فواتير العملاء بدقة وامتثال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة العمليات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل CMRP أو CPIM أو PMP.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في إدارة العمليات أو تخطيط الإنتاج أو إدارة الأصول أو مجالات ذات صلة، منها 6 سنوات على الأقل في دور إداري.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم عميق لمنهجيات جدولة الإنتاج مثل Just-in-Time وMRP وAPS، وخبرة في تقييم الطاقات الإنتاجية وتحسين سير العمل، وإتقان منهجيات إدارة المشاريع.
- قدرات قيادية قوية، وتوجيه وإرشاد الفريق، وتفكير استراتيجي مع القدرة على ترجمة الأهداف التنظيمية إلى نتائج تشغيلية، ومهارات فعالة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل، والالتزام بالسلامة والجودة والتحسين المستمر.

- Develop and direct the implementation of the divisional strategy aligned with Tuwaiq's overall vision and mission, ensuring operational plans are strategically designed and executed to achieve long-term objectives
- Ensure divisional strategies and operational plans are effectively translated into actionable outcomes with clear and measurable goals aligned with organisational vision and mission.
- Lead the achievement and alignment of divisional objectives through effective leadership, performance management, and team development to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Guide talent development initiatives, collaborating with discipline experts to ensure the availability of talent that meets business needs and fosters innovative solutions
- Manage the assigned team through effective mentoring and coaching, contributing to growth opportunities and professional development across the division
- Serve as a role model and drive adherence to organisational values and ethics, ensuring the establishment of a principle-driven culture across the division.
- Monitor and validate that all operations are conducted in line with the approved budget, reporting any variances for executive decision-making.
- Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive safety strategies, plans, and processes that foster a strong safety culture at Tuwaiq, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory compliance
- Establish and manage the continuous improvement of Tuwaiq's safety management framework, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure all divisional reports are prepared accurately and on time, meeting Tuwaiq's requirements, policies, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, support business objectives, and ensure alignment with Tuwaiq's strategic goals
- Support Tuwaiq's public relations initiatives and corporate social responsibility efforts by engaging with key stakeholders and contributing to activities that enhance the organisation's reputation.
- Define and lead the development and management of production schedules to ensure alignment with customer demand, minimise lead times, and optimise resource utilisation across the organisation
- Contribute to the analysis of production capacities by gathering relevant data and providing insights to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement aligned with long-term operational goals
- Guide the planning and management of inventory levels to ensure alignment with operational goals, balance cost efficiency, and maintain the availability of essential materials
- Lead the execution of production plans and monitor the adaptation of schedules to meet evolving demands, while contributing to alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to defining strategies for maintaining an accurate inventory of physical assets including machinery, tools, and equipment, while guiding the alignment of Maintenance and Operations teams to optimise their use and longevity
- Define and oversee capital projects related to the acquisition, upgrade, or replacement of critical assets, facilitating alignment with Tuwaiq's strategic goals and operational priorities
- Plan lifecycle management strategies for critical assets, ensuring cost, performance, and risk optimisation to deliver maximum value
- Monitor and recommend actions to identify and mitigate risks related to asset management, addressing challenges such as obsolescence, depreciation, and unforeseen equipment failures to ensure long-term efficiency and reliability.
- Contribute to establishing and leading the implementation of structured shop floor protocols, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment that supports equipment longevity and operational efficiency
- Lead the presentation of project progress and technical specifications to stakeholders, facilitating alignment with organisational objectives and customer requirements
- Guide the strategic approach to preparing and processing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Relevant professional certifications such as CMRP, CPIM, or PMP are preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Operations Management, Production Planning, Asset Management, or related fields, including at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of production scheduling methodologies including Just-in-Time, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS)
- Experience in evaluating production capacities and identifying opportunities to optimise production workflows
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate organisational goals into operational outcomes
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
