تعلن شركة Musco Lighting عن وظيفة منسق تخطيط الإنتاج (Production Planning Coordinator) في الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية. الشركة مملوكة لجهات خاصة منذ عام 1976، وهي رائدة عالمياً في حلول إضاءة الملاعب والمساحات الكبيرة، ولها مشاريع في 135 دولة، ويعمل بها أكثر من 1800 موظف حول العالم.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
إعداد خطط الإنتاج والتنسيق مع الفرق ذات الصلة لضمان إنجاز الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل مع الفريق لضمان تسليم المشاريع في موعدها.
- أن يكون حلقة وصل للمعلومات المتعلقة بالمشاريع بين قسم التصنيع وقسم المبيعات، لضمان استلام المعلومات والرد عليها بشكل جيد وفي الوقت المناسب.
- تتبع جميع المعلومات والمراسلات المتعلقة بالمشاريع الحالية والقادمة في نظام الشركة.
- إعداد خطة الإنتاج الشهرية، وتحديثها عند تغير المعلومات، وتوزيعها على الإدارات المعنية.
- التأكد من تنفيذ خطة الإنتاج الشهرية بالشكل الصحيح.
- استلام وثائق الإنتاج وجمع المعلومات الخاصة بالمشاريع، مثل مخطط التصويب (aiming diagram)، وملخص الطلبات، وقائمة الأجزاء حسب نطاق العمل، وغيرها.
- إجراء مراجعة المشروع ووثائق الإنتاج عند إصدارها، ونقل الوثائق المضبوطة ذات الصلة إلى العاملين المعنيين في خطوط الإنتاج.
- متابعة الإنتاجية اليومية وتقييم كفاءة الإنتاج.
- أي مهام أخرى تكلفه بها الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في تخصص ذي صلة (مطلوبة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل أن تكون في شركة أجنبية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات الحاسب الآلي، including خبرة في Microsoft Office Suite.
- مهارات قوية في اللغة الإنجليزية، تحدثاً وكتابةً.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- مهارات كتابة جيدة.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with team to ensure project can be delivered in time.
- Be a bridge of information on projects between manufacturing and sales to ensure information are received and answered well and in time.
- Keep track of all information and communication relating to ongoing and coming projects in the company's system.
- Responsible for establishing Monthly Production Plan, update when information changes and distribute to relevant departments.
- Make sure the Monthly Production Plan is fulfilled properly.
- Responsible for accepting Production Documents and collecting relevant information for projects, such as aiming diagram, order summary, part listing by job range etc.
- Responsible for conducting Project Review/Production Document Review when Production Document is released, transfer relevant Controlled Document to relevant floor people.
- Keep track of daily productivity and evaluate production efficiency.
- Other jobs assigned by company.
- College degree in a relevant field is required.
- 3 years + related experience, preferably with a foreign company
- Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong English language skills, both speaking and writing
- Good communication skills
- Good writing skills
