تعلن شركة كامكو (شركة مترو العاصمة)، المشروع المشترك السعودي الفرنسي بين RATP Dev والشركة السعودية للنقل الجماعي (SAPTCO)، عن حاجتها إلى أخصائي الأمن السيبراني لتقنية المعلومات للعمل في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتولى الشركة تشغيل خطي المترو الأزرق والأحمر في الرياض وصيانتهما، ويعمل بها أكثر من 3000 موظف.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يضطلع أخصائي الأمن السيبراني لتقنية المعلومات بدور محوري في ضمان أمن أنظمة المعلومات والبيانات لدى كامكو وسلامتها. تتمثل مهامه في تطبيق إجراءات الأمن السيبراني وبروتوكولاته وتقنياته ومراقبتها وصيانتها لحماية المؤسسة من التهديدات الداخلية والخارجية. ويعمل بتعاون وثيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتقييم المخاطر ووضع استراتيجيات الأمن وتنفيذ حلول تتوافق مع أفضل الممارسات الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أمن الأجهزة الطرفية والشبكات: تطبيق حلول حماية الأجهزة الطرفية وإدارتها، بما في ذلك مكافحة الفيروسات وEDR وDLP.
- أمن الأجهزة الطرفية والشبكات: صيانة جدران الحماية وأنظمة كشف التسلل ومنعه وأدوات أمن الشبكات الأخرى.
- أمن الأجهزة الطرفية والشبكات: إعداد حلول الوصول الآمن مثل شبكات VPN وأدوات إدارة الهوية وإدارتها.
- إدارة الهوية والوصول: إدارة صلاحيات المستخدمين وأدوارهم عبر الأنظمة والتطبيقات.
- إدارة الهوية والوصول: ضمان الالتزام بمبدأ أقل الصلاحيات ومراجعة ضوابط الوصول بشكل دوري.
- تقييم المخاطر وإدارة الثغرات: إجراء تقييمات دورية للثغرات واختبارات الاختراق على الأنظمة التقنية.
- تقييم المخاطر وإدارة الثغرات: ترتيب أولويات الثغرات المكتشفة ومعالجتها بالتنسيق مع الفرق المعنية.
- تقييم المخاطر وإدارة الثغرات: تقييم مخاطر تقنية المعلومات والتشغيل (IT/OT) وتوثيقها، واقتراح استراتيجيات التخفيف المناسبة.
- مراقبة الأمن والاستجابة للحوادث: مراقبة الشبكات والأنظمة والتطبيقات لرصد الأحداث الأمنية والسلوكيات غير الطبيعية.
- مراقبة الأمن والاستجابة للحوادث: التحقيق في حوادث الأمن السيبراني وتوثيقها والاستجابة لها بما يضمن الاحتواء السريع والتعافي.
- مراقبة الأمن والاستجابة للحوادث: إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية ووضع توصيات لمنع الحوادث مستقبلاً.
- حماية البيانات والنسخ الاحتياطي: تطبيق التشفير وآليات الحماية الأخرى للمعلومات الحساسة وإدارتها.
- حماية البيانات والنسخ الاحتياطي: ضمان وجود خطط قوية للنسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد يتم اختبارها بانتظام.
- إدارة التغيير والحوادث: المشاركة في عملية إدارة التغيير لتقنية المعلومات والتشغيل لتقييم الأثر الأمني للتغييرات المقترحة.
- التعاون مع الفرق الأخرى للحفاظ على التوافق بين التشغيل والأمن السيبراني.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق أمني وتقييمات للمخاطر وفحوصات للامتثال لتحديد الفجوات، واقتراح التحسينات، وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة والمعايير الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- تقديم الإرشاد والدعم للمستخدمين النهائيين فيما يخص أفضل ممارسات الأمن السيبراني والسياسات والإجراءات.
- مراقبة تنبيهات الأمن والأحداث والاتجاهات وتحليلها للكشف المبكر عن التهديدات والثغرات المحتملة.
- التعاون مع الموردين والشركاء الخارجيين لتقييم مخاطر الأمن المرتبطة بالأطراف الثالثة وإدارتها، وضمان الالتزام بالتزاماتهم التعاقدية.
- المساهمة في تطوير برامج التوعية والتدريب على الأمن السيبراني للموظفين وتقديمها.
- متابعة التغيرات القانونية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بالأمن السيبراني والخصوصية، وضمان امتثال المؤسسة لها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو أمن المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادات ذات صلة مثل CompTIA Security+ وCISSP ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أمن تقنية المعلومات أو دور مماثل، مع التركيز على عمليات الأمن السيبراني والاستجابة للحوادث.
- خبرة في أدوات مراقبة الأمن وتقييم الثغرات، مثل SIEM وIDS/IPS وماسحات الثغرات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأدوات الأمن السيبراني وتقنياته، مثل SIEM وIDS/IPS وجدران الحماية وغيرها.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ الأمن السيبراني وأفضل ممارساته وأطره، مثل إطار NIST للأمن السيبراني وISO 27001.
- إجادة أدوات وتقنيات التحليل الجنائي للتحقيق في الحوادث.
- إلمام بمفاهيم أمن الشبكات وبروتوكولاتها وتقنياتها، مثل VPN وDNS وIPsec وSSL/TLS.
- خبرة عملية في البرمجة النصية والأتمتة لمهام الأمن.

Key Responsibilities
- Endpoint and Network Security:
- Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions, including antivirus, EDR, and DLP tools.
- Maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other network security tools.
- Configure and manage secure access solutions such as VPNs and identity management tools.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM):
- Manage user access, permissions, and roles across systems and applications.
- Ensure adherence to least privilege principles and regularly review access controls.
- Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Management:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on IT systems.
- Prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Evaluate and document IT/OT risks, proposing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Security Monitoring and Incident Response:
- Monitor networks, systems, and applications for security events and anomalies.
- Investigate, document, and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring swift containment and recovery.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations to prevent future incidents.
- Data Protection and Backup:
- Implement and manage data encryption and other protection mechanisms for sensitive information.
- Ensure robust data backup and recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.
- Incident and Change Management:
- Participate in the IT/OT change management process to assess the security impact of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with other teams to maintain operational and cybersecurity alignment.
- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users regarding cybersecurity best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, events, and trends to proactively identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to assess and manage third-party security risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist in developing and delivering cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees.
- Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes related to cybersecurity and privacy and ensure the organization's compliance.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001).
- Proficient in forensic tools and techniques for investigating incidents
- Familiarity with network security concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., VPN, DNS, IPsec, SSL/TLS).
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation for security tasks
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Understanding of common cyber threats, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT security or a similar role, with a focus on cybersecurity operations and incident response.
- Experience with security monitoring and vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners).
