نبذة عن الوظيفة
إدارة فريق من الفنيين والصاغة (لعلامة تجارية واحدة أو عدة علامات) في العمليات اليومية، مع تقديم الدعم لأعضاء الفريق والمشاركة الفعلية في المهام الفنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق من الفنيين والصاغة لضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة، وتقديم الدعم لأعضاء الفريق مع المشاركة النشطة في المهام الفنية.
- تشغيل الآلات والأنظمة المعقدة وضبطها بدقة لتحسين الجودة والإنتاجية، وتطوير حلول مبتكرة لمعالجة أوجه القصور.
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في قسم المتجر، والعمل كقائد للفريق وأحياناً كمشرف خط أول على عمليات المعاملات.
- تشخيص أعطال المعدات وإصلاحها في حالات الطوارئ، وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية الدورية.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة، وتحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة والحفاظ على العملاء، والتعامل مع الاستفسارات المعقدة وحل مشكلات العملاء.
- إدارة أنشطة مراقبة المخزون وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة لضمان الدقة والكفاءة.
- الالتزام بسياسات الجهة وإجراءاتها وتعليماتها الإلزامية في مجالات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، للحد من المخاطر وحماية البيئة ورفاهية جميع الموظفين.
- فهم سياسات الجهة وإجراءاتها والأنظمة الرقابية وقواعد السلوك المهني فهماً شاملاً، وضمان الامتثال والالتزام بأعلى المعايير في جميع الأنشطة.
- تطوير المهارات الفنية والإجرائية باستمرار من خلال المشاركة في التقييمات وخطط التطوير والتدريب الرسمي والتوجيه المهني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على تعليم ما بعد الثانوي غير الجامعي.
- القدرة على العمل باستقلالية كممارس ذي خبرة.
- خبرة إدارية محدودة، مع التركيز على الخبرة الفنية ودعم الفريق.

- Lead a team of technicians and jewelers, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and providing support to team members while actively participating in technical tasks.
- Operate and fine-tune complex machinery and systems to enhance quality and productivity, and develop innovative solutions to address inefficiencies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations within a store department, acting as a work leader and occasionally as a first-line supervisor for transactional operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues for emergency repairs and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities for new business and customer retention, handling complex queries, and resolving customer problems.
- Manage inventory control activities following established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to mitigate risks and protect the environment and the well-being of all employees.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct, ensuring compliance and high standards in all work activities.
- Continuously enhance technical and process skills through participation in assessments, development planning, formal training, and coaching.
- Possess post-secondary non-tertiary education and demonstrate the ability to work independently as an experienced practitioner.
- Exhibit limited managerial experience, focusing on technical expertise and team support.
