تعلن شركة ماندرين أورينتال عن فرصة وظيفية بمسمى «موظف استقبال نادي اللياقة الصحية» في فندق ماندرين أورينتال الفيصلية الرياض، بمدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل موظف الاستقبال ضمن قسم نادي اللياقة الصحية في فندق ماندرين أورينتال الفيصلية الرياض، ويُعد فندق الفيصلية من أرقى الوجهات في المملكة العربية السعودية، بموقع مركزي في قلب المدينة وإطلالات بانورامية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حجز جميع علاجات نادي اللياقة الصحية.
- شرح الخدمات للضيوف.
- إتمام عمليات البيع عبر نقاط البيع (POS)، بما في ذلك منتجات التجزئة.
- تسجيل وصول الضيوف ومغادرتهم بطريقة احترافية.
- فهم جميع سياسات الشركة والفندق وإجراءات التشغيل المعيارية والالتزام بها.
- الالتزام بمدونة سلوك مجموعة MOHG، بما يضمن توافق جميع الأنشطة والقرارات التجارية مع القوانين والأنظمة واللوائح.
- اتباع إجراءات التشغيل المعيارية (SOPs) كما يعلّمها مشرف أو مدير عمليات نادي اللياقة الصحية.
- المحافظة على نظافة منطقة العمل وترتيبها وصحيتها في جميع الأوقات.
- تقديم ترحيب دافئ وودود لجميع الضيوف، واستقبالهم عند الوصول.
- تقديم جولات تعريفية بالفندق للضيوف الجدد، وتقديم «إعادة تعريف» للضيوف العائدين.
- التعامل بلباقة مع الضيوف وزملاء العمل في جميع الأوقات.
- المساعدة في تسهيل رحلة الضيوف طوال اليوم.

- معرفة بأحدث الاتجاهات في قطاع نادي اللياقة الصحية.
- معرفة بالمفاهيم الشمولية المتعلقة بصحة الضيوف وعافيتهم في بيئة السبا.

About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Health Club Department in Riyadh, the Health Club Receptionist is responsible for, but not limited to booking all Health Club treatments, explaining services to guests, any POS sales including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner.

About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Health Club Department in Riyadh, the Health Club Receptionist is responsible for, but not limited to booking all Health Club treatments, explaining services to guests, any POS sales including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner.
As Health Club Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.
- Follow all Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) as taught by Health Club Operation Supervisor/ Manager.
- Keep work area clean, neat and hygienic at all times.
- Always ensure a warm friendly welcome to all guests. Greets all guests upon their arrival, gives new guests tours of property and offers return guests’ "re-orientations". Courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times
- To assist in the smooth flow of the guests’ journey throughout the day
- Must have knowledge of current Health Club trends in the industry
- Must be able to relate to all levels of management and colleagues
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of holistic concepts that relate to the well-being of all guests in a spa environment
