Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and advancing institutional teaching and learning excellence through the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational initiatives, faculty development programs, and evidence-based teaching practices. Contributes to enhancing instructional quality, promoting innovative pedagogical approaches, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning in alignment with institutional strategic goals and academic quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Learning Development

• Support the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
• Promote innovative, student-centered, and evidence-based teaching and learning practices.
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of teaching and learning resources, guidelines, and best practices.

1. Faculty Development and Support

• Coordinate and support professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions for faculty members.
• Provide guidance and resources to enhance instructional strategies, assessment methods, and course design.
• Facilitate the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

1. Quality Enhancement and Continuous Improvement

• Support the evaluation of teaching and learning practices using relevant performance indicators and feedback mechanisms.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to quality enhancement initiatives in alignment with institutional policies and academic standards.

1. Educational Innovation and Best Practices

• Identify and promote emerging trends and best practices in higher education.
• Support the integration of digital learning tools and innovative educational approaches.
• Contribute to projects that enhance the overall teaching and learning experience.

1. Coordination and Reporting

• Coordinate with academic departments and relevant stakeholders to implement teaching and learning initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, prepare progress reports, and monitor the implementation of assigned activities.
• Support institutional projects and strategic initiatives related to teaching and learning excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• 3 to 4 Years relevant experience in higher education, academic development, teaching and learning enhancement, or educational quality assurance.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
