تعلن هنقرستيشن عن وظيفة بمسمى تأهيل المندوبين وتدريبهم واحتضانهم (Rider Onboarding, Training and Incubation) في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة

المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقطاب مندوبين جدد لتلبية احتياجات الأعمال
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) وأداء شركات الخدمات اللوجستية الخارجية (3PL)
- دعم شركات 3PL في القضايا والعقبات التي تواجهها
- إعداد وتنفيذ خطة لوجستية متكاملة للتوسعات الجديدة في خدمات الشركة
- التنسيق المنتظم مع إدارة الأعمال لفهم الأنشطة والتطورات الجارية وانعكاساتها على توفير الخدمات اللوجستية بشكل منسق
- إعداد وتحليل تقارير الأداء لضمان توفر المعلومات اللازمة لدعم الإدارة في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية
- حل المشكلات اللوجستية الحرجة المتعلقة بتوزيع العرض مقابل الطلب
- إدارة قائمة انتظار التأهيل للمتاجر بالتنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية، والتأكد من توافق العمليات واتباعها
- تطوير المناهج التدريبية المحلية للمندوبين ومشغلي شركات 3PL وتحديثها وصيانتها، وتشمل كفاءة التشغيل، واستخدام التطبيق، وآداب التعامل مع العملاء، والسلامة
- الترويج لنشر المواد التدريبية عبر نظام إدارة التعلم (LMS) للتعليم عن بُعد وحسب الطلب
- إقامة شراكات مع مؤسسات خارجية وتوسيعها
- قياس فعالية التدريب من خلال درجات الرضا وبيانات الأداء
- متابعة العمليات اليومية المتعلقة بالوظيفة لضمان استمرارية العمل
- المساهمة في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي وقتها تتعلق بمجال العمل، بما يلبي المتطلبات والأهداف والمعايير
- ضمان رضا العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين بالاستجابة لاحتياجاتهم بلباقة وفي الوقت المناسب
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات ذات الصلة بالعمل اليومي لضمان تنفيذه بشكل منضبط ومتسق
- المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للعمليات والممارسات وفاعلية التكلفة وتعزيز الإنتاجية
- الترويج لتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات والتعليمات والالتزام بها بين موظفي المؤسسة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في العمليات اللوجستية أو عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية، أو خبرة ذات صلة
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة (مطلوبة)

Rider Onboarding
- Acquire new riders to serve business needs.
- Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance.
- Support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles.
- Prepare and implement a full logistical plan for new expansions of the company's services.
- Liaise regularly with business management in order to understand ongoing business activities and developments and the implications this will have for coordinated logistics provision.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports in order to ensure that the management has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making.
- Resolve critical logistics problems that are related to the distribution of supply vs demand.
- Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders and ensure processes are aligned and followed.
- Develop, maintain, and modernize localized training curricula for riders and 3PL operators covering operational efficiency, app usage, customer etiquette, and safety.
- Champion the deployment of training materials via HungerStation Learning Management System (LMS) for remote, on-demand education.
- Establish and scale partnerships with external institutions.
- Measure training efficacy through satisfaction scores and performance data.
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards .
- Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Knowledge and Experience
- 2 - 4 years in logistics or e-commerce operations or relevant experience.
- Negotiation skills.
- Project Management.
- Creativity and critical thinking.
- Problem-solving and decision making.
- Analysis and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
