تعلن هنقرستيشن عن وظيفة مسؤول مبيعات (Sales Executive) في مدينة جازان.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هنقرستيشن جزء من مجموعة Delivery Hero، منصة التوصيل المحلية الرائدة عالمياً، وهدفها تقديم تجربة مميزة: سريعة وسهلة وتصل إلى باب المنزل. تعمل المجموعة في حوالي 65 دولة حول العالم، ومقرها الرئيسي في برلين بألمانيا. أُدرجت Delivery Hero في بورصة فرانكفورت منذ عام 2017 وهي جزء من مؤشر MDAX.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- يساعد في إعداد خطة المبيعات السنوية بالتعاون مع المدير المباشر.
- يحتفظ بسجل للعملاء السابقين والحاليين والمحتملين، مع ملف تعريفي لكل عميل.
- ينظم زيارات منتظمة للعملاء المحتملين بهدف التعاقد معهم.
- يُعد جدولاً شهرياً مبدئياً لتسجيل جميع المبيعات والأنشطة ذات الصلة للشهر السابق.
- يسجل إحصائيات حسابات المبيعات الخاصة به.
- يبقى على اطلاع جيد بالعمليات، خاصة في الإدارات الرئيسية.
- يضمن مراجعة جميع الشكاوى والتحقيق فيها، والبدء بإجراءات المتابعة اللازمة.
- يحافظ على علاقة عمل وثيقة مع المختصين والصحافة والإعلام والموظفين والعملاء والشركات المحتملة أو الحالية الداعمة لهنقرستيشن.
- يتبع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل اليومي بشكل منضبط ومتسق.
- يساهم في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للعمليات والممارسات وأساليب العمل، وفي تعزيز فعالية التكلفة ورفع الإنتاجية.
- يروّج لتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات والتعليمات والالتزام بها لدى الموظفين الآخرين في المؤسسة.
- يتابع العمليات اليومية المرتبطة بالوظيفة لضمان استمرارية العمل.
- يساهم في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي وقتها تتعلق بمجال العمل، بما يحقق المتطلبات والأهداف والمعايير.
- يضمن رضا العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين بالاستجابة لاحتياجاتهم بلباقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن سنتين.
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (مطلوبة).
- درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة (مفضلة).

- Assists in drawing up the sales plan annually with the line Manager.
- Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
- Organizes regular visits for potential clients to sign with them
- Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month.
- Records the statistics of his/her sales accounts.
- Keeps himself/herself well informed about the operations especially in key departments
- Ensures that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated.
- Maintains a close working rapport with professional people, the press, media, employee, clients and companies who are potential existing and current supporters of HungerStation.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
- Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
Requirements
- 1- 2 Years of relevant experience
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
