تعلن شركة SLB عن فرصة وظيفية بمسمى Maintenance Associate في مدينة الظهران، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى Maintenance Associate تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة وفقاً لبرنامج الصيانة، وضمان تسليم المعدات في الوقت المحدد بما يتوافق مع متطلبات التشغيل. كما يدعم مبادرات تحسين تكلفة تقديم الخدمة المرتبطة بالصيانة (CoSD)، وكفاءة الصيانة، وإنتاجية الكوادر، وتوافر الأصول ضمن مركز الموثوقية والكفاءة (CRE) أو قاعدة الصيانة (MB) أو مركز الصيانة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة وفقاً لبرنامج الصيانة وضمان تسليم المعدات في الوقت المحدد.
- تنفيذ أنشطة صيانة أعلى مستوى من المهام الموكلة، تحت الإشراف المباشر لمشرف الصيانة أو فني الصيانة.
- الالتزام بالانضباط في إدخال البيانات ضمن أنظمة إدارة دورة حياة التقنية (TLM)، وتسجيل بيانات الصيانة بدقة.
- الالتزام بمعايير Schlumberger ومعايير TLM الخاصة بالقسم.
- المحافظة على الكفاءات وتطويرها بما يتوافق مع نظام إدارة الكفاءات في TLM.
- المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر (CI) ودعمها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الدبلوم المتقدم (Associate Degree) في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة معدات حقول النفط أو إصلاحها أو تجميعها أو اختبارها أو خدمتها.
- خبرة في اختبار الضغط وإعادة التجهيز والفحص وصيانة الحشوات (Packers) وصمامات الأمان وGas Lift Mandrels (GLM) وSide Pocket Gas Lift Mandrels (SGMS) وصمامات التحكم الإلكترونية في التدفق (eFCVs).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة وخبرة عملية في تجهيز معدات Upper Completions وCompletion Production Systems (CPS).
- الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الصيانة والتوثيق الدقيق لأنشطة الصيانة.
- فهم أساسي لعمليات Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) وممارسات التحسين المستمر.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية والإجراءات وتعليمات الصيانة وتفسيرها.
- التزام قوي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
- Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
- Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, assembly, testing, or servicing of oilfield equipment.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Upper Completions and Completion Production Systems (CPS) equipment preparation.
- Experience in pressure testing, redressing, inspection, and maintenance of packers, safety valves, Gas Lift Mandrels (GLM), Side Pocket Gas Lift Mandrels (SGMS), and electronic Flow Control Valves (eFCVs).
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
- Basic understanding of Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) processes and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and maintenance instructions.
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
