We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Jeddah.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, overseeing brand identity and marketing communications, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all creative, media, and promotional materials across our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to promote residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Drive high-quality lead generation and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
• Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.

Brand Management & Creative Supervision

• Oversee brand identities and ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
• Supervise the development and execution of creative concepts, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Review and coordinate the production of digital creatives, promotional videos, photography, and multimedia content.
• Oversee the design and production of printed marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, presentations, banners, signage, and outdoor advertising.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all advertising and promotional materials before publication or production.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, creative agencies, production houses, and printing suppliers.
• Support branding and marketing activities for new real estate project launches.

Marketing Communications & Coordination

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and offline marketing channels.
• Coordinate marketing content and media requirements for project launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Communications.
• Previous experience in real estate development or real estate marketing in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Experience in brand identity management, creative supervision, and advertising production.
• Good understanding of graphic design, video production, print materials, and outdoor advertising.
• Ability to manage creative agencies, designers, and external suppliers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and marketing performance reporting.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of branding and visual quality.
