تعلن شركة سمارت لحلول التقنية عن فرصة وظيفية لمسمى «IT Trainee» (متدرب تقنية معلومات) في مكة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين
- تشخيص المشكلات التقنية وحلها
- إجراء صيانة الأجهزة المادية ومتابعة مشكلات الأجهزة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادات مهنية في تقنية المعلومات مفضلة وليست إلزامية
- أن يكون المتقدم طالباً في تخصص تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب، أو خريجاً حديثاً
- أساسيات في الأجهزة وWindows وأساسيات الشبكات
- خلفية في أساسيات البنية التحتية السحابية (Microsoft Azure أو AWS أو OCI)
- فهم لأساسيات البنية التحتية (الخوادم والتخزين والشبكات)
- مهارات جيدة في استكشاف أخطاء تقنية المعلومات وإصلاحها، وإتقان Microsoft Office
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتواصلاً)
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة أساسية بصيانة الحاسبات المحمولة وإصلاحها
- التعامل مع أجهزة الحاسب والطابعات
- معرفة بأنظمة التشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء التقنية وإصلاحها
- الرغبة في التعلم وتطوير المهارات
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعامل مع ضغط العمل
- سرعة التعلم ومهارات تواصل قوية

- Professional IT certifications are preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of: Laptop maintenance and repair,Handling computers and printers ,Operating systems and technical troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure
- Provide technical support to users
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Perform hardware maintenance and follow up on device issues
- IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
- foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
- Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
- Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
- Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
- Fast learner with strong communication skills
