📢 FBS Hiring | Site Civil Engineer

📍 Location: Jeddah

💼 Experience: 0-3 years

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team and support daily site operations, construction activities, and technical coordination, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Interpret construction and shop drawings and provide technical clarification to site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding drawing clarifications and revisions.
• Monitor daily site activities and report progress, deviations, and potential issues.
• Verify construction works against approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Support the Site Manager with internal inspections, WIR preparation, and quality checks.
• Prepare snag lists and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate material requirements with the Site Logistics Coordinator.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documenting site modifications.
• Prepare daily reports covering manpower, work progress, and site challenges.
• Maintain accurate site records, inspection documentation, and project reports.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology.
• 0-3 years of practical experience in construction and site coordination.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, shop drawings, and site layouts.
• Familiarity with quantity takeoffs, site measurements, and construction materials.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and shop drawing interpretation.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and established procedures.
