We're Hiring | Doctor Coordinator

The Eye Consultants Center is looking for a Doctor Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule the doctor's clinic appointments and surgeries.

- Communicate with patients, provide pre- and post-procedure instructions, and follow up on appointments.

- Receive patients and help minimize waiting times.

- Coordinate with the doctor and clinical, insurance, and administrative teams, ensuring patient files are complete.

- Monitor pre-surgery readiness, handle patient inquiries and complaints, and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in doctor coordination or specialized medical centers.

- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

- Computer proficiency and experience with clinic management systems.

- Fluency in Arabic and English.
