المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم رعاية شاملة للمسالك البولية للمشاركين في مبادرات الصحة والعافية بالشركة، مع التركيز على الوقاية والتشخيص والإدارة.
- إجراء الاستشارات والفحوصات السريرية وتفسير الاختبارات التشخيصية ووضع خطط علاجية مبنية على الأدلة وفق أفضل الممارسات الطبية والجراحية.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، بما في ذلك الأخصائيون الآخرون ومتخصصو العافية، لدمج رعاية المسالك البولية في برامج الصحة الأوسع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة والمساهمة في تثقيف المرضى حول نمط الحياة والرعاية الوقائية.
- الالتزام بمعايير عالية من الأخلاق والسلامة والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أساس قوي في الطب مع تدريب متخصص وشهادة في جراحة المسالك البولية (Urology).
- رخصة طبية سارية (أو أهلية للحصول على الترخيص) لمزاولة المهنة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إتمام الإقامة، ويفضل الزمالة (Fellowship) في جراحة المسالك البولية من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان الجراحة المتعلقة بإجراءات المسالك البولية، بما في ذلك التقنيات طفيفة التوغل (minimally invasive techniques).
- خبرة أو كفاءة في الجراحة الروبوتية (Robotic Surgery) ضمن مجال المسالك البولية - مرغوب فيه للغاية.
- خبرة سريرية في جراحة المسالك البولية للأطفال (Pediatric Urology) لتقييم وإدارة الحالات لدى الأطفال.
- مهارات تشخيصية قوية، واتخاذ القرارات السريرية، والتواصل الفعال مع المرضى.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات والتكيف مع بيئة ديناميكية تركز على العافية.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine with specialized training and certification in Urology.
- Proficiency in Surgery relevant to urological procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Experience or competence in Robotic Surgery within the field of urology is highly desirable.
- Clinical experience in Pediatric Urology for the assessment and management of urological conditions in children.
- Valid medical license (or eligibility for licensing) to practice in Saudi Arabia.
- Completed residency and, preferably, fellowship training in Urology from an accredited institution.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic, wellness-focused environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to evidence-based medical practices.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
