تعلن أمازون عن وظيفة مدير تقنية معلومات II ضمن فريق حلول التقنية للتنفيذ والعمليات في الرياض، وهي متاحة للمواطنين السعوديين.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث أمازون عن مدير تقنية معلومات طموح للانضمام إلى فريق تقنية المعلومات للتنفيذ والعمليات، الذي يحافظ على عمل مراكز التنفيذ المزدحمة. هذه المراكز بيئات إنتاج تعمل على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع، حيث يتم التعامل مع المخزون الضخم سريع الحركة وتنسيقه. ويعمل الفريق على ضمان السير السلس للمركز من خلال حل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرمجيات والخوادم والبنية التحتية المعقدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تنفيذ أعمال صيانة تقنية المعلومات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بمستوى عالٍ، والالتزام بسياسات أمازون وإرشاداتها، ولا سيما ما يتعلق بتقنية المعلومات والصحة والسلامة.
- قيادة تنسيق تذاكر الدعم وإدارة التغيير وفق اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) الصارمة.
- إدارة مشاريع تقنية المعلومات والإشراف على مشاريع الفريق التي تدعم تنفيذ المهام التقنية، وضمان تحمّل كل عضو في الفريق مسؤولية تقنية حقيقية، مع إعداد تقارير فعالة وتحقيق رضا العملاء الداخليين.
- تطوير الميزانية الخاصة بتقنية المعلومات وإدارتها طوال دورة حياتها، وتشجيع تطوير مهارات تقنية المعلومات لدى موظفي مركز التنفيذ ودعمه وتسهيله.
- قيادة الموظفين والساعات والورديات، بما في ذلك جدولة الموظفين والفرق.
- تحفيز التحسين المستمر لجميع عمليات الفريق ومبادراته، والعمل مع قسم التنفيذ لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي باستمرار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- معرفة بإدارة أنظمة Linux أو Unix.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في قيادة فرق التقنية بصفة مدير عمليات تقنية معلومات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات.
المهارات المطلوبة

Description
We’re seeking a driven IT Manager to join our Fulfillment & Operations IT team, who keep our busy Fulfillment Centers running. These facilities are 24/7 production environments, where we handle and coordinate our huge, fast-moving inventory of products. You and your team will keep our Fulfillment Center running smoothly, by resolving complex hardware, software, server and infrastructure issues.
Your responsibilities: As you keep an eye on your Fulfillment Center’s IT infrastructure, the extent of your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring that IT maintenance work and troubleshooting is carried out to a high standard and follows all Amazon polices and guidelines, specifically IT and Health & Safety. Leading the coordination of trouble tickets and change management to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
- You’re confident in your IT project management skills: you can coordinate and watch over your team’s projects as they support technical task execution. You’ll also ensure everyone in your team takes real IT Ownership, ensuring effective reporting while working towards efficient, internal customer satisfaction.
- You’ll be responsible for the development and management of the IT budget, through its lifecycle and encourage, support and facilitate IT skill development of Fulfillment Center staff.
- You’ll lead people, hours and shifts: this will include staff and team scheduling.
- Inspire continuous improvement of all IT team processes and initiatives: you’ll get behind our Fulfillment department continually driving operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
- 3+ years of leading technology teams as a information technology operations manager experience
- 5+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience
