تعلن شركة أمازون عن وظيفة Quality Associate ضمن خدمة Anow، خدمة التجارة السريعة التابعة لأمازون في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقدم Anow المواد الأساسية اليومية خلال 15 دقيقة من متاجر داكنة (Dark Stores) في مختلف أنحاء المملكة. يتولى Quality Associate متابعة تطبيق معايير الجودة في شبكة المتاجر وقاعدة الموردين، عبر تنفيذ عمليات تدقيق ميدانية منتظمة، وتحديد الفجوات مقارنةً بالمعايير المعتمدة، والعمل مع فرق المتاجر والموردين لتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. الوظيفة ميدانية بدرجة كبيرة، وتناسب شخصاً دقيقاً ومنظماً ومعتاداً على متابعة الالتزام بمعايير عالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ عمليات تدقيق مجدولة وغير معلنة في المتاجر الداكنة لـ Anow ومواقع الموردين، تشمل العمليات التشغيلية وظروف التخزين وجودة المنتجات والالتزام بمعايير Anow
- توثيق نتائج التدقيق بشكل منظم، وإعداد تقارير واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ لمديري المتاجر وشركاء الموردين والأطراف الداخلية المعنية
- متابعة خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية بعد كل تدقيق، والتنسيق مع الفرق المعنية لضمان إغلاق الفجوات ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها
- الحفاظ على رؤية مباشرة لأداء الجودة عبر شبكة المتاجر، وتحديد المشكلات المتكررة، والتصعيد الفوري لحالات عدم المطابقة الحرجة
- دعم تطوير قوائم التحقق من الجودة وإجراءات التشغيل المعيارية والمواد التدريبية وإطلاقها مع تطور المعايير
- التنسيق مع فرق العمليات وإدارة الموردين وفرق الفئات (Category) لمعالجة مشكلات الجودة ذات الجذور المرتبطة بالتوريد أو العمليات
- المساهمة في مراجعات الجودة الدورية عبر تجميع بيانات التدقيق وتحديد الاتجاهات وعرض النتائج على الفريق
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو سلاسل الإمداد أو الهندسة الصناعية أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في ضمان الجودة أو العمليات أو التدقيق أو مجال ذي صلة
- القدرة على إجراء زيارات ميدانية منظمة وتوثيق النتائج وإعداد تقارير تدقيق واضحة
- دقة عالية في الملاحظة والقدرة على تحديد فجوات العمليات وحالات عدم المطابقة
- الاستعداد للعمل الميداني، فالزيارات المتكررة للمتاجر والموردين جزء أساسي من الوظيفة
- مهارات تواصل كتابي وشفهي قوية باللغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية مطلوبة
المهارات المطلوبة
- (مفضّل) خبرة في قطاع التجزئة أو التجارة السريعة أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الدوران أو عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات
- (مفضّل) معرفة بأطر إدارة الجودة أو معايير التدقيق مثل ISO وHACCP أو ما يعادلها
- (مفضّل) خبرة في تتبع خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية والمتابعة مع الأطراف الداخلية أو الخارجية لإغلاق الفجوات
- (مفضّل) إجادة Excel أو أدوات البيانات الأخرى لتجميع نتائج التدقيق وإعداد التقارير المنظمة
- (مفضّل) معرفة بالمعايير التنظيمية السعودية المتعلقة بسلامة الغذاء أو التخزين أو عمليات التجزئة

Description
Anow is Amazon's quick commerce offering in Saudi Arabia, delivering everyday essentials in 15 minutes from dark stores across Saudi.
As Quality Associate, you will be the eyes on the ground for Anow's quality standards across our store network and vendor base. You will conduct regular site audits, identify gaps against established standards, and work with store and vendor teams to drive corrective actions. This is a field-heavy role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable holding others accountable to high standards.
Key job responsibilities
Conduct scheduled and unannounced audits across Anow dark stores and vendor sites, covering operational processes, storage conditions, product quality, and compliance with Anow standards
Document audit findings in a structured format and produce clear, actionable reports for store managers, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders
Track corrective action plans following each audit - follow up with relevant teams to ensure gaps are closed within agreed timelines
Maintain a live view of quality performance across the store network, flagging recurring issues and escalating critical non-conformances promptly
Support the development and rollout of quality checklists, standard operating procedures, and training materials as standards evolve
Coordinate with Operations, Vendor Management, and Category teams to resolve quality issues that have upstream supply or process root causes
Contribute to periodic quality reviews by compiling audit data, identifying trends, and presenting findings to the team

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, auditing, or a related field
- Ability to conduct structured site visits, document findings, and produce clear audit reports
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify process gaps and non-conformances
- Comfortable working in the field - frequent store and vendor visits are a core part of this role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic required
- 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, auditing, or a related field
- Ability to conduct structured site visits, document findings, and produce clear audit reports
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify process gaps and non-conformances
- Comfortable working in the field - frequent store and vendor visits are a core part of this role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, quick commerce, FMCG, or food and beverage operations
- Familiarity with quality management frameworks or auditing standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, or equivalent)

- Proficiency in Excel or data tools to compile audit findings and produce structured reports
- Knowledge of Saudi regulatory standards related to food safety, storage, or retail operations
- Experience working across multiple sites or vendors simultaneously
