Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Security Systems & Low Current Supervisor (ELV) to oversee and coordinate daily installation activities for integrated security and low-current systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in security system installations, site supervision, workforce management, and quality control, preferably within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or HCIS-related projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation activities for ELV and security systems in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Lead technicians and subcontractors, assign daily tasks, and monitor work progress and productivity.
• Oversee the installation of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and intercom systems.
• Supervise cable pulling, routing, termination, labeling, containment, and equipment mounting.
• Ensure proper installation of control panels, network cabinets, racks, junction boxes, and field devices.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers to resolve technical issues, site constraints, and material shortages.
• Conduct installation quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
• Support pre-commissioning activities, cable testing, continuity checks, and basic functional testing.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate the closure of punch-list items.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in ELV and security system installation, including supervisory experience.
• Proven experience supervising technicians, subcontractors, and site installation activities.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and intercom systems.
• Good understanding of cable management, termination, equipment mounting, and installation quality standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or HCIS-related projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
