تعلن شركة Crown Holdings, Inc. عن حاجتها إلى موظف أمن في مدينة الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية، للمساهمة في توفير بيئة آمنة للموظفين والزوار وممتلكات الشركة في CROWN Dammam KSA.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء دوريات منتظمة في مرافق الشركة للحيلولة دون التسلل واكتشاف أي مؤشرات عليه، والتأكد من سلامة الأبواب والنوافذ والبوابات.
- مراقبة دخول الموظفين والزوار وغيرهم من الأشخاص ومغادرتهم، والتصريح به، للحد من السرقة والمحافظة على أمن المرافق.
- كتابة تقارير عن الأنشطة اليومية والمخالفات، مثل تلف المعدات أو الممتلكات، والسرقة، ووجود أشخاص غير مصرح لهم، أو أي أحداث غير اعتيادية.
- الاتصال بالشرطة أو الدفاع المدني في حالات الطوارئ، مثل الحريق أو وجود أشخاص غير مصرح لهم.
- تشغيل أجهزة الكشف لفحص الأشخاص ومنع إدخال المواد المحظورة إلى المناطق المقيّدة.
- الاستجابة للإنذارات والتحقيق في الاضطرابات.
- فحص أنظمة الأمن والمعدات والآلات وضبطها لضمان جاهزيتها للتشغيل، والكشف عن أي دلائل على العبث بها.
- تطبيق سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها المتعلقة بالأمن والسلامة.
- تقديم المساعدة للموظفين والزوار عند الحاجة، بما في ذلك توجيههم وتزويدهم بالمعلومات العامة.
- الاستجابة للحالات الطبية الطارئة، وتقديم الإسعافات الأولية أو الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي عند الضرورة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- يُفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال الأمن أو إنفاذ القانون أو الخدمة العسكرية.
- القدرة على الوقوف والمشي لفترات طويلة.
- القدرة على اجتياز فحص الخلفية الأمنية وفحص المخدرات.
- قد يُشترط الحصول على رخصة قيادة سارية.
- يُفضّل الحصول على شهادة في الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) والإسعافات الأولية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في الملاحظة والتواصل.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء والفعالية في حالات الطوارئ.
- انتباه عالٍ للتفاصيل والقدرة على إعداد تقارير دقيقة.

Job Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed, including directions and general information.
- Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid or CPR if necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate reports.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
