تعلن شركة Crown Holdings, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة مشغل رافعة شوكية في مستودع بمدينة مكة جدة السعودية، حيث سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن إدارة وتنظيم المخزون في بيئة مستودع سريعة الخطى، مع التركيز على السلامة والدقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية (جلوس، وقوف، رافعة الوصول، وغيرها) بأمان وكفاءة لتحميل وتفريغ وتكديس ونقل المواد داخل المستودع.
  • إجراء فحوصات ما قبل التشغيل اليومية للرافعات والمعدات الأخرى، والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال أو مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة.
  • استلام وفحص والتحقق من الشحنات الواردة مقابل أوامر الشراء وقوائم التعبئة.
  • اختيار وتجهيز الطلبيات الصادرة بدقة للشحن، مع ضمان المنتج والكمية الصحيحين.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون منظم بوضع المواد في مناطق التخزين المخصصة بشكل صحيح.
  • إجراء جرد دوري والمساعدة في فحوصات المخزون الفعلية.
  • الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة، بما في ذلك ارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية المناسبة (PPE).
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة.
  • التواصل بفعالية مع المشرفين وأعضاء الفريق والإدارات الأخرى.
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُسند لدعم عمليات المستودع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة مثبتة كمشغل رافعة شوكية في مستودع أو بيئة تصنيع.
  • شهادة صلاحية لتشغيل الرافعة الشوكية و/أو القدرة على إكمال برنامج تدريب وإصدار شهادة الرافعة الشوكية الخاص بشركة Crown Americas LLC بنجاح.
  • فهم قوي لإجراءات السلامة في المستودع وأفضل الممارسات.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المستندات مثل قواعد السلامة وتعليمات التشغيل والصيانة وأدلة الإجراءات.
  • مهارات حسابية أساسية والقدرة على عد المخزون والتحقق منه بدقة.
  • القدرة على رفع وتحريك ما يصل إلى 50 رطلاً بشكل منتظم.
  • تناسق ممتاز بين اليد والعين وإدراك مكاني.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
  • مرونة للعمل في نوبات مختلفة، بما في ذلك الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعمل الإضافي حسب الحاجة.

Job Description

Job Summary**

CROWN KSA Dammam is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to manage and organize inventory within our fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient material flow and accurate record-keeping.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, etc.) safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse.
  • Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and other equipment, reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Accurately pick and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring correct product and quantity.
  • Maintain organized inventory by correctly placing materials in designated storage areas.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Valid forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete CROWN Americas LLC's forklift training and certification program.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and verify inventory.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
